Big Idea/ Enduring Understand that some nouns don't end in just -ed or -es -s

singular to plural. After discussion with the mini lesson any questions i
will answer.

Other methods; Use individual worksheets. Allow students to work with a
peer. Use songs from online that involve movement with the verbs.
Hand out story problems where some nouns are not correct and have
them go through them.

Guided We will work on plural nouns for 10 minutes a day. At the end of the
Practice week we will have a pre-test. The next day we will have to test. After
testing we will continue to work on plural nouns but not everyday. Have
them work on http://www.vocabulary.co.il/ to give them a fun and
intriguing learning.

Independent At the beginning of the lesson have them write their own definition on
Practice how to make nouns plural. Each student will have their own packet
handed out on the first lesson day. They will be corrected and then focus
on what they are not understanding.
