1.0 DEPARTURE PROCEDURES PRIOR TO TRAVEL TO EGYPT

Before any travel tickets are issued to personnel travelling to Egypt, the principal must communicate via email to staff
in Egypt (egypt@lethagencies.com), informing them of the individuals arrangements, dates of travel, arrival time,
flight number and accommodation requirements. Email confirmation should be requested from Leth. Scanned passport
and seaman book copy have to be sent for immigration formalities

Before any travel tickets for initial travel are issued, the traveler must make sure that the passport will have a
validity of at least 6 months at the time of departure from Egypt.

Prior to initial departure, all expatriate staff and visitors should be given a pre-briefing on Egypt in general. This covers
socio-cultural norms/values. Do`s and don`ts i.e., minimum cash and valuables etc. What to do if encountering various
possible scenarios.

All expatriate travelers will be required to complete an Egyptian landing card (you will receive one copy on board the
plane). It should be inserted into your passport where the entry visa is stamped - so remember to take a pen with you on
the plane. Note that a valid local contact number should be included on the form.

Travelers are to be enlightened about above information by their company.

1.1 EGYPT ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

The following is a detailed procedure for arrival at Cairo International Airport:

1. Please complete the Immigration arrivals card prior to disembarking the aircraft. For the question which asks for your
address in Egypt state as: MV BW GAS, Ain Sokhna Port c/o DP WORLD (Egypt).

2. Upon flight arrival our airport representative wait on-signer at Cairo airport before immigration with a sign showing
LEA Logo, name of traveler and name of vessel. If you don`t see airport representative, please call the following
number: +20 1000109938 and a representative will be with you within 10 minutes.

3. Airport representative arrange visa on arrival and hand over embarkation plan with all contact details of LEA.

4. Airport representative assist luggage collection. In case luggage lost/missing, airport representative will assist to make
claim to the airline. At Cairo airport only the owner of the luggage can claim/collect lost luggage, therefore as soon as
the luggage are recovered/arrived, we have to transport traveler from the vessel to Cairo airport to collect the luggage
and return. Ain Sokhna.Cairo airport do not accept any authorization to anyone to collect the luggage on behalf of the
traveler.

5. Airport representative take on-signer to Le Meridian hotel or to the minibus depend on embarkation plan.

6. Le Meridian hotel located at the airport, airport representative takes you to the elevator. Travelers do not require to step
out from the airport.

7. If on-signer spend overnight at Le Meridian hotel next day morning 0800 - 0900 minibus /car pick up him in order to
transport him to Ain Sokhna to board the vessel.

1.2 EGYPT DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

1. Our boarding representative collect off-signer from the vessel and hand over disembarkation plan with LEA contact
number
2. Our car/minibus transport off-signer to Le Meridian hotel or to the airport depend on disembarkation plan.
3. Our airport representative takes over off-signer and assist departure
4. If off-signer transported to Le Meridian hotel our airport representative will contact traveler and coordinate to pick up 2
hours prior departure and assist departure.

Ignore any calls telling you that your pick up time has changed unless you know the source or can confirm it via one
of the Leth Egypt Staff.

Do not agree to meet strangers/cold callers in the lobby or bars.

Do not leave the hotel alone or without checking with one of the Leth Egypt Staff first.
Expatriates should travel in company-approved transport Only and should under no circumstances use either the
taxi service or public transport.
Has in place comprehensive communications methods Radios, mobile phones, satellite phones, land lines as
deemed appropriate.
Vital documents such as passports etc. should be kept at a secure location (fireproof safe in company premises)
until returned to the person. The traveler should retain a photocopy of their passport, entry stamp and visa
details.
All onshore staff to carry company ID cards.
All personnel should minimize their journeys and endeavor to travel together where practical.

2.1 CONDUCT

Visitors and expatriate staff are reminded that you are working in a foreign country and are a visitor there. You may
there for subject to different cultures and nationalities and you are expected to be respectful of such differences at all
times. If any doubt whatsoever, please do not hestitate to contact one of the staff in Egypt, who will provide you with
any assistance.
