equity shares of your Company. Further, we were being informed that N4/s. Kilbum Chemicals Limited
["KCL"] on 10.02,2017, has allotted us 660000 equity shares of face value ofRs. l0/- each issued at a
price ofRs. 39/- each (including a premium ofRs. 29l- each) purcuant to receipt of balance 75yo of the
consideration from us on 0710212017. Accordingly, the post shareholding ofour Company in KCL stands
increased to 1968170 equity shares representing 19.087o ofthe expanded equity and voting share capital
ofKCL as mentioned in the EGM Notice ofKCL dated 08.01.2016.
