Terms & Condition: -

The prices are Ex-Factory. Ruling Prices only, will be applicable at the time of finalizing the Order. Taxes to be
charged Extra.
Ex-Factory Delivery Period: 30 - 45 days or subject to availability of stocks.
Payment: 50% of the prices to be paid in advance along with the order and the balance in full before dispatch.
*Production Capacity: Figures mentioned are dependent on the Raw-material Conditions being used as input and on
the man power used to operate the machine.

Main Switch, Starter and extension wirings for electric motor are not provided with the Order.
All Spare Parts can be made available on chargeable basis, whenever required. Dispatch charges Extra.
Warranty: Manufacturing Defects for non-movable items come under warranty for 6 months from the Billing Date. For
bought out items, the original manufacturers warranty terms and conditions would be applicable. Same would be
applicable for Electric Motor / Diesel Engine which would have a warranty of 1 year. We will not be responsible for any
accident or damage caused by improper handling, misuse or non-maintenance of the machine or accessories. No
Warranty for Movable items as they are subjected to wear and tear due to usage and operators handling.
Inspection: Final inspection would be carried out at our place with your raw material. We will inform the inspection
date. You have to send your raw material beforehand itself.
Rejection Clause: If youre good self / representative fails to arrive for Final Inspection, then it will be considered
that the offered machine perfectly fits in with your needs and is devoid of any manufacturing defects. No complaints
would be entertained in this regards ever in future. Machine / goods once sold would not be taken back.
Demurrage Charges: Any delay from the clients end in depositing Balance Payment after machine readiness
information is passed onto him, then in such scenario we will charge 2% demurrage charges per month on the balance
amount.
Freight: Machine will be dispatched on To Pay basis, where in the client needs to deposit the Transportation
Charges at the Transporters local office while taking the delivery. Transit Insurance is Clients responsibility. 1% of the
total Basic Cost would be charged extra against Handling & Forwarding Charges upto Transporters Place at Nagpur.
 Erection & Commissioning: If required, then technicians service charges, to and fro ticket charges, plus lodging /
boarding charges will be charged extra.
All Disputes Subject to Nagpur Jurisdiction Only.
