Kidney beans, corn and shredded lettuce rolled into a spicy flour tortilla

Mushroom Risotto with Fresh Rocket (v)


Velvety Arborio rice cooked in mushroom stock and topped with sauted mushrooms and
rocket leaves

Baked Penne (v)


Parmesan penne with fresh tomato and cream sauce, baked with cheese

Spicy Chicken Wings


Grilled organic chicken wings in PCOs Dry Spice Rub

Chicken crostini
Diced chicken with mustard mayonnaise and pickled onions

Stuffed Chicken
Bacon and mushroom stuffed chicken, potato mash, and grilled vegetables
