I am writing to you this letter to respectfully ask to rebook my scheduled flight from

February 15 to February 23, 2016. This is due to the Typhoon Nona that hit the
Philippines in December last year, which caused so much destruction and
devastation of my home and other personal belongings. Since I am only the able
member of the Family, I personally supervised the re-construction of the same. At
present time, the completion of the re-construction was even quite difficult due to
the bad weather condition.

With your indulgence, may I be given that one (1) week extension until the
completion of the said construction. Attached here are the photo images of the
destruction caused by the typhoon as your ready reference.

I am anticipating to your favourable action of this request.
