General Description
Las estaciones de Regulacin Filtracin y Medicin (ERM) de baja
y alta presin, son unidades paquetizadas sobre skid auto-
portante, diseadas para cubrir todas las aplicaciones de
suministro de gas natural al rea industrial y civil. La vasta
experiencia de Tormene Americana en el diseo y fabricacin de
vlvulas reguladoras, y las incontables provisiones al mercado del
gas, le dan a estas estaciones de regulacin una base de ingenie-
ra y testeos reales de campo inalcanzable por otros proveedores.

Gas Pressure Regulating and Metering Stations (PRMS) for low and
high pressure are skid packaged units designed to cover all applica-
tions for natural gas delivery for industrial and civil applications. The
vast experience of Tormene Americana in the design and manufactur-
ing of regulator valves, and countless provisions for the gas market,
give these regulation stations a base for engineering and actual field
tests of incomparable level compared with other providers.

Las ERM son fabricadas y paquetizadas en nuestras instalaciones
industriales. Nuestra ingeniera y fabricacin estandarizadas para
estos modelos junto con ensayos no destructivos y testeos de
funcionamiento segn estndares internacionales, aseguran una
provisin rpida y segura de su estacin de regulacin y
medicin. Mas de 200 provisiones en el mercado del Conosur,
evidencian nuestra experiencia en el diseo, fabricacin y despa-
cho de ERM de gas.

The ERMs are manufactured and Skid Mounted in our own facilities.
Our standardized engineering and manufacturing procedures for
these stations along with Non-Destructive Testing and operation
tests according to international standards, ensure a fast and secure
supply for the ERM. More than 200 supplies on the market of the
Southern Cone, demonstrate our expertise in the design, manufac-
ture and deliver of ERM.

Las vlvulas reguladoras TA cuentan con los ms altos estndares

de calidad y fabricacin lo cual asegura una operacin altamente
confiable y efectiva en todas las necesidades de caudal y presin
de gas para la industria como tambin para pequeas poblacio-
nes. En sus 3 modelos de simple doble y triple funcin, las vlvu-
las TA son un standard de equipamiento en todas las distribuido-
ras de gas de Argentina y Conosur. Su diseo exclusivo de doble
diafragma y bloqueo para alta presin, posicionaron a las vlvulas
TA956 en lo ms alto del standard de calidad e ingeniera en el
mercado de vlvulas de regulacin de presin.

TA Regulators are equipped with the highest standards of quality and

manufacturing which ensures a highly reliable and effective opera-
tion in the needs of flow and pressure of gas for Industrial and Civil
Citygates. In their 3 models of single double and triple function, TA
valves are a standard of equipment in all Argentina and Southern
Cone Gas Distributors and Transporters. Its exclusive design of Aprobacin de la CE

Medicin Fiscal
Las ERM estn equipadas con sistema de medicin fiscal de
acuerdo al ltimo reporte AGA7, AGA8. Dicho sistema esta forma-
do por un elemento primario de medicin (turbina o rotativo), un
filtro de proteccin, acondicionamiento de flujo y un corrector de
volumen o computador de flujo. Segn requerimiento del usuario
o standard locales, este sistema puede estar equipado con
transmisin de datos de caudal y volumen ya corregidos.
Fiscal Metering
The ERM are equipped with fiscal measurement system according to
the last AGA7, AGA8 Reports. These systems are composed by a
primary flow measuring element (turbine or rotary), filter, flow
conditioner and a volume corrector or flow computer. According to
local requirements or standards, this system can be equipped with
data transmission unit of flow rate and volume corrected values.
