What moved you the most? Any surprises?

Looking back through my college career gives me excitement and map to the growth I have obtained from it. I have
realized much of my leadership skills have far grown what many have thought and that solely to my work on
assignments. Going to college was something that I have wanted for myself but I have had family members question
my choice of business. I have always believed I would one day own my own business and felt I have I had good
understanding of leadership. While I have to thank my environment growing up to my way of thinking, I also have my
course to thank for focusing and developing my thoughts and skills further. After this assignment I feel competent in
my role as leader and confident in growing my business and developing its leadership potential in the industry.

Going into my major I knew what I wanted to do in life but my experiences has surpassed my ideas of what I wanted
and how to accomplish it. I am now more motivate to work harder in developing my company but not for the reason
many believe. I want to used my company as a foundation for other startups into creating a culture of diversity,
collaboration, self-development, and more. I have been able to grow intellectually in not fearing competition but
embracing collaboration. My biggest developments, diversity and communication, I have learned before and
understood what it means but never truly applied it. With respect to my assignment work, I have grown my business
and individual mind. My development as an organizational leader has gave me the vision to create what college career
has done for me and that changing and understanding what we think. Organizational leadership is a new concept that
has been around but has never been more discussed as it is today. Going forward my motivation is to change
industries and become a new model.
