I/We declare that I/We am/are a resident Indian/s and that all the particulars and
information given in the Application Form are true correct and complete. They shall form
the basis on which Indo-Global Consultants Pvt. Ltd. may decide to make me/us a
Franchise Partner, Business Associate the right to reject any application without providing
any reasons. Also Indo-Global reserves the right to discontinue this arrangement at any
point of time in case of default or any other reason that the Company may deem fit.
 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Only Applications in the prescribed format will be considered.

2. Application must be in English and in BLOCK Letters.

3. Applications must be complete in every respect. Please write the Pin Code and STD Code where required.

4. All applications received by us will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt.

5. Selection of Partners will be on merit and first come first serve basis.

6. Indo-Global reserves the right to scrutinize, review and reject any Applications. At its discretion without
assigning any reason.

7. Indo-Global shall not be liable on account of any delay or loss of documents while in transit through
Postal/Courier services.
