INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EMPANELMENT OF

ARCHITECTS / PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS (PMC).

1. MSPH & WC seeks applications for the registration of agencies as described

below for its projects throughout Maharashtra.
2. The copy of application forms are available on our website www.msphc.org
(under RTI document) or at our office address mentioned above, in working
days.
3. The application shall be submitted along with detailed information in the
prescribed forms at the above address by post on or before 12/06/2014
Application fee for each form non refundable of Rs5,000/- (Five Thousand)
should be deposited by RTGS/NEFT in Account No.017400101019100 of
Corporation Bank, Worli, Mumbai, IFSC/RTGS/NEFT
Code:CORP0000174/MICR Code No:400017052 of Maharashtra State Police
Housing and Welfare Corporation Ltd., Mumbai.
4. The firm should have 5 years of experience upto the date of advertisement.
5. Applications from the agencies disqualified by this organization, will not be
accepted.
6. The agency would be disqualified if it is revealed / found that the information
submitted is false.
7. Canvassing, Conditional, telegraphic, incomplete bids would be rejected.
8. Architects / PMCs already empanelled with this organization should also
apply freshly.
9. MSPH&WC reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning
any reason.

12. This Empanelment will be valid for three years and PHC may reduce or
