Directions

1.Preheatovento350degrees.Greasethebottomand1/2inchupthesidesoftwo8x4x2inchloafpans
setaside.Inalargebowl,combineflour,bakingpowder,groundginger,bakingsoda,cinnamon,saltand
cardamommakeawellinthecenter.Setaside.
2.Inamediumbowl,combinebuttermilk,milk,eggs,butter,granulatedsugar,brownsugarandvanilla.Add
totheflourmixture.Stiruntiljustcombined.Stirinpear,1/2cupoftheoatsandthenuts.Dividebatter
betweenpreparedpans.Sprinklewiththeremaining1/4cupoats.
3.Bakefor50to60minutesoruntilaskewerinsertednearcenterscomesoutclean.(Ifnecessaryto
