El Aloe
Vera o Sbila (Aloe
Barbadensis Miller) es
una planta perenne
perteneciente a la familia
de las liliceas.
Cuando hablamos de las propiedades y usos del
Aloe vera estamos teniendo siempre en cuenta
que hablamos de la planta, no de ningn tipo de
preparado comercial. Todos los remedios
caseros, elaboraciones, etc. se han de realizar
con el gel que extraemos de las pencas de las
plantas. Te recomiendo que te hagas con una o
varias plantas de Sbila o Aloe Vera ecolgica y
que las cultives en casa.
CARACTERSTICAS DE LA SBILA
Es originaria del frica y el Sur de Arabia,
abunda en climas tropicales y sub-tropicales.
Tambin conocida como Aloe Vera, la sbila es
una planta que pertenece a la familia de las
liliceas, est relacionado con otros miembros
de la familia de los lirios, tales como la cebolla,
el ajo y el nabo.
El tallo floral lleva un racimo de flores
colgantes regulares con los ptalos soldados
de color amarillo y el fruto es una cpsula.
Suele crecer hasta los 2 metros de altura y
tiene entre 12 y 16 hojas largas y carnosas, de
las que se extrae un jugo de uso medicinal,
