Early access candidates should :


- run a EBS 12.2.x or 12.1.x release.
- be able to configure and setup their ERP to address GST and to test their main O2C
and P2P business processes.
- be able to use pre-release documentation level to understand the required new
setup and conduct their functional, technical and integration tests.
- be able to investigate and get familiar with the new India GST Infrastructure in the
absence of final feature documentation such as TRM (not available in this phase).

- understand that this is a pre release, not intended for production in any
circumstance, and therefore reported SR will be processed as non production SRs and
thus not candidate for priority 1. High level of tolerance is expected from customers.
- qualify by themselves any problem they may encounter during their tests and report
them in technical and functional terms to support via SRs.
- be willing and committed to invest in dedicated hardware and human resources to
conduct successfully this early access phase.
- have the hardware resource available to run an efficient test instance.
(recommendation is for a workable copy of the production environment so that tests
can be as relevant as possible).
(In this case the hardware resource required are known from early access candidates
in terms of disk space, memory and CPU).
