MapfoundedonRightsofFamily,asthelegalunionbetweenamanandawoman,withaninherentopennesstolifeto
equiptheEUwithacomprehensiveactionplanandfamilyfriendly'policies,whichparticularlysupportyoungcouplesand
largefamilies.

3)EsteemFreedomofThought,ConscienceandReligion:Torespectandpromotefreedomofactingaccordingto
individualconscience.

4)RespectPersonalFreedom:TorespectandrecognizethePrincipleofSubsidiarityasafundamentalprincipleinthe
Antidiscriminationstandardstoactivelyworkrespectingtheautonomyandhistoricalandreligiousrootsofmember
states.

5)ProtectParents'Rights:ToprotecttheRightsofParentsoneveryeducationalissue.Toensuretheroleofthe
EuropeanUniontorespectandpromotetherightofparentstoeducatetheirchildrenaccordingtotheirmoraland
religiousvaluesinallyouthandeducationprograms.

6)ProvideHealthcareforEveryone:Totacklediscriminationandinequalityinhealthcare.Todeveloppalliativecare
andtorespecttherighttoconscientiousobjectionamongdoctorsandhealthcareproviders.

7)CombatReligiousPersecutionandDiscrimination:Tocombatreligiouspersecutionanddiscriminationinsideand
outsidetheEUandtodevelopappropriateasylumpoliciestoensureeffectiveprotectionforvictimsofreligious
persecutions.

8)TacklePovertyandSocialExclusion:Tocombatpovertyintroducingactionsaimedtohelpallpeopleaffectedby
poverty.Toensuretheconcreterighttoprotectionagainstpovertyandsocialexclusion.Topromoteinvestmentsin
humancapital,businesscapitalandinfrastructureparticularlyinpoorareas.

9)ProvideOpportunitiesforYoungPeople:TorecognizethevalueofyouthasakeyassetforEurope.Youngpeople
shouldhavetheopportunitytoparticipateindecisionmaking,democraticprocessesandtheshapingofamorecohesive,

societythroughactivecitizenship,socialdialogueandemploymentopportunities.

10)SupportCivilSociety:TheEUmustprovideanadequatelegalframeworkforsocialsubjectstofreelyengagein
theirdifferentactivitiesanditmustbereadytotakeactionwhennecessaryrespectingtheprincipleofsubsidiarity.The
activitiesofcivilsociety(thirdsector)representthemostappropriatewaytodevelopthesocialdimensionoftheperson,
