DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle is made and

executed into by and between:

LEA M. SALONGA, of legal age, Filipino, married to

Andronico P. Bulat-ag and a resident of Obrero, Davao City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

RONNIE B. ROBREDO, of legal age, Filipino, married

to Emalyn P. Garrido and a resident of Tubalan, Davao del
Sur, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the registered owner and actual

possessor of a motor vehicle which is more particularly
described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE

HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 500,000.00) PESOS,
Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by the VENDEE,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to my entire
satisfaction, I, LEA M. SALONGA, by these presents, hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, by way of
CONDITIONAL SALE, unto RONNIE B. ROBREDO, his
heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, the above
described motor vehicle including its accessories, free from
all liens and encumbrances, except such as maybe
subsisting upon agreement of the parties subject to the
following conditions to wit:

1. That the down payment of ONE HUNDRED

THOUSAND (Php 100,000.00) PESOS shall be made upon
the execution of this contract.

2. That the balance of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND

(Php 400,000.00) PESOS will be payable as follows:

2-A. Monthly payment amounting to TEN THOUSAND

(Php 10,000.00) PESOS shall be made every 25 th of the
month up to the time it will be paid in full;

3. That if there is failure on the part of the second party

vendee to pay three consecutive months, the latter shall
deposit the subject property to the first party vendor;
4. That after a month of said deposit and the second
party vendee fails to pay the defaulted amount; the vehicle
shall be turned over to the first party vendor and payments
made by the second party shall be forfeited in favor of the
first party vendor;

5. That the motor vehicle shall be returned to the first

party vendor under the same condition as it was turned over
by the latter to the second party vendee subject to the usual
depreciation on the wear and tear of the vehicle;

6. That the motor vehicle shall only be returned to the

second party vendee upon full payment of the defaulted
amount which the second party vendee fails to pay;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our

hands this 6th day of January 2017 in Digos City, Davao del
Sur, Philippines.
