ThisdocumentdescribeshowtocommissionFlexiWCDMABTSsitesusingtheCommissioning
wizardintheWCDMABTSSiteManagersoftware.

ThisdocumentprovidesinstructionsonhowtoproceedwithmanualCommissioningwhen
thereisnocommissioningfileavailable,fortemplatecommissioningandplanned
commissioningwithacommissioningfile,andforreconfigurationofthealreadycommissioned
site.
1.1 Genericcommissioningtasks

Commissioningisasequenceoftasks,suchasvisualchecksandinspections,parameterandSW
configurations,testsandreporting,toensurethatthestandaloneequipmentinquestionhas
beenproperlyinstalled,hasnofaultymodulesandisreadyforintegration.
1.2 Visualchecksandinspection
ThefirstpartofthevisualcheckisdonebeforepoweringontheBTSsiteatthepowersystem.
WhenallisproventobeOK,the'Poweron'checkisdoneandtheLEDstatusisverified.The
equipmentischeckedvisuallytoseethattherearenofatalinstallationerrors,whichmightlead
toequipmentdamageduringthepoweron.

selectingsoftwareversionclicktheCreatetab.
