BASIC RULES AND TERMS:

1. Choose which one of the offered products you want to subscribe to

and mark the square block with an X. You may also subscribe to
multiple products on this form.
2. Complete the registration form as complete as you can and let the
rep. complete his portions (if you have been referred by a LGI Rep.).
3. Choose your monthly subscription-donation payment amount that
you can afford to pay. A Minimum payment is R200 or its equivalent in
other countries currencies. In special cases you may apply to pay less
than R200. But, if you can afford it, you may pay much more also.
Remember, 1,2,3 is savings plans; and 4 is a LSP CARD P-Shares buy-in!
4. Pay and attach your first payment receipt onto the registration form,
which must be sent to LGI tm for processing and the opening of your
new chosen product savings plan account; or LSP Card P-Shares Buy-in!
5. Keep a copy of the registration form and payment receipts for your
own records in case something goes wrong as proof of payments.
6. Send these two forms to LGI tm via the Rep; or send it by e-mail or
WhatsApp...as a photo; or by post, to LGI tm for processing.
7. You may also directly apply for these products by email / WhatsApp
or SMS include your required details as per the forms contents.
8. You may fill in your application form, take a picture of it and send
the picture of the registration form to LGI or to your nearest LGI
franchise Satellite Station or LGI Branch.
Alternatively for R.S.A., you may send it to LGI, C/O PostLink, 90
Edward Street, Tygervalley, Bellville, R.S.A., 7530.
GENERAL FEES PAYABLE ON THESE THREE PRODUCTS:

1. A registration / handling / bookkeeping / time / setup / expenses /

commission fees is payable once off at the opening of your product
account(s) of R1. 800. This is due for each product that you subscribe
to. Thereafter, an admin / time fee of up to 15% per each
transaction done amount, is payable, to handle and regulate or
update and service your account(s). This will be a reasonable
maximum / minimum amount required to pay the time records clerk
to handle and maintain your account (s) at LGI or the records keeper
subcontractor appointed by LGI.
2. If it is necessary to debit your accounts with any other necessary
additional fees to expedite its maintenance or required related
activities, or issues and requests from yourself - then a time cost
deduction will be done as is necessary, to pay the clerks fees - by
directly debiting your accounts with these reasonable fees.
3. No bills will be posted to clients. Your eCard Accounts are your
records of financial activities at LGI tm and these can be viewed or
emailed to yourself or loaded onto a FDD that you will supply to us
for that purpose (If / when / as is required or requested).
4. Your own commissions (if you are a registered LGI LSP commission
client / rep.) will be paid from this once-off paid amount of R1, 800.
5. This amount may be paid at registration time in full, or it can be
deducted from your first monthly premium payments made to LGI
tm
. We will bill your account in-office at account registration, for this
amount and it will be paid monthly by received premiums.
6. The Rep. Commission per each sign-on is R600.00 and that can be
paid in cash (if the client has paid in cash) or taken from the clients
monthly premiums at 15% until the rep, has been fully paid his R600.
This commission is paid out from your [the clients] entry /
registration once off fee, as per above.
7. After start up costs and fees is paid by you, your savings product
account will grow and increase monthly...
8. Please note that these are not insurance products but LGI tm
Savings account products.
9. If you market this product to other people, then you earn 15% on
your clients premiums as a commission, until your R600
commission-fee has been fully paid, per each client that you brought
in. This is your reward for this service that you have rendered to us.
10. After signing on a few clients, your own monthly premiums will be
