How make Hot cakes
Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 egg
1 flour cup of hot cakes
3 butter spoonful, molten
1 white sugar spoonful
1 salt teaspoonful.
Honey to pleasure

Procedure
First of all sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar inside a large bowl side by side.
Next make a well at the center and there he pours milk, eggs and drawn butter,
then mix to achieve a soft consistency.
After that warm up 1 comal or frying pan, a little greased, to average fire. Later
pours a ladle of the mixture on the comal, using approximately or quarter of cup for
each hot cake.
