Por medio de la presente tengo a bien dirigirme a Ud. con la finalidad de informar de la
CONFORMIDAD DE SERVICIOS, por ser parte en la elaboracin del Expediente Tecnico en el cargo de
ESPECIALISTA EN METRADOS, COSTOS Y PRESUPUESTOS del Proyecto MEJORAMIENTO DE

LOS SERVICIOS DE ATENCION DE LA SALUD EN EL PUESTO DE SALUD DE CORANI,

DISTRITO DE CORANI CARABAYA PUNO, con cdigo SNIP N 276169 a favor del Ing.
MARCO MIGUEL SUCAPUCA ROJAS, quien a cumplidos con los trminos establecidos en el plan de
trabajo, es por cuanto esta Division de Infraestructura Urbano y Rural otorga la conformidad de pago
habindose cumplido con los trabajos encomendados por esta entidad.
