AUTHORITY TO SELL

Know all men by these presents:

We, GLORIA A. RETORIANO and ARIEL DIWA, both of legal ages and a
resident of Pathenon Hills, IBP Road Corner Filinvest Road, Pook PAGASA,
Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to, in accordance with the law,
depose and say:
1. That we are the owners of a parcel of land, as per supreme court
decision, first division (G.R.195322), located at Pathenon Hills, IBP Road
Corner Filinvest Road, Pook PAGASA (Accibal Compound) Quezon City,
with an area of 119,699 square meters more or less;
2. That we are appointing and authorizing MARITESS D. BALZA and
GUILLERMO SALVADOR as our exclusive agents to sell the
aforementioned property at a price of Four Thousand Pesos (P4,000.00)
Philippine Currency;
3. That expenses for real estate tax, capital gains tax and other expenses
which shall implement the sales of the said property will be for the
account of the buyer;
4. That this authority shall be valid for two months from January 5, 2015
up to February 28, 2015;

account of the buyer;

up to February 28, 2015;
