One of the advantages of having Windows 7 Enterprise and Ultimate editions is that they support installing
Language Interface Packs so that you can change the language that Windows uses to display text in menus,
wizards, windows and other items. In other words, Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, and Professional
editions of Windows 7 dont let you install language interface packs.

The usual guide on how to install language packs in Windows 7 doesnt on Home Premium edition. For users
whore running Home Premium edition of Windows 7, we have a good news. Language interface packs can
now be installed on Home Premium edition as well with the help of a third-party utility named Vistalizator.
In this guide, were going to show you how to install language packs in Windows 7 Home Premium edition
using Vistalizator.
NOTE: Microsoft might not provide support for your Windows 7 Home Premium if you install language packs
using this workaround. To be on the safer side, we recommend you create a manual system restore point or
full system image backup of your Windows 7 drive so that you can easily revert to original system settings.
Step 1: Download Vistalizator and also your language interface pack from here.
Step 2: Run Vistalizator (doesnt require installation) to see the main screen of the application. Here you can
see your Windows 7 edition and the default OS language.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and bough a Microsoft keyboard (10 years ago) which came with a
DVD which included a Languages Pack software. Installed the software from the DVD and it did
work beautifully. I had on display at the Task-bar the language I wanted to use and with a click of
the mouse I could go from English to another language I selected. A couple of months back, I had to
Restore my PC and tried to install the software from the Keyboard DVD and it did not work, I got a
message that the software was outdated. I Run Vistalizator just as explained in this procedure and it
did not work at all. I did every step as explained in your procedure and I got as far as Add Languages
in Step 5 and added the language I wanted but then the button OK, after adding language, was not
highlighted and hence could not add the language. How come? By the way. I have kept the OS
updated with all Microsoft updates and hence is up to-date as far as I know and the PC works
super. Another input to you is that after Restoring my OS the Microsoft Update does not work but it
did when I bought the computer and until before the Restore, hence I cannot do updates manually;
however, I have the OS update set to automatically but I believe is not doing the updates at all.
