Solution Q.1.

It is the desire of every Muslim to draw nearer and closer to Almighty Allah. By drawing closer
and near to Allah we gain his love and help at every step of our lives in this world and in the next
world as well. The following are some ways to create a strong relationship with Almighty Allah:
The first things that draw you near to Allah is strong believe in oneness of Almighty Allah and
Muhammad PBUH as "the Seal of the Prophets" - the last and greatest of the messengers of
Allah and performance of obligatory duties (Fraid) like Prayers, Zakat (obligatory charity),
Fasting and Hajj. We do not touch this nearness except by fulfilling the obligatory duties. As
According the Hadith Qudsi:
Whoever draws near to Me among those drawn nearby fulfilling what I have made obligatory
on them
After mandatory duties Allah likes those who perform non-compulsory prayers like tahajjud and
nwafil .Allah says in Hadith Qudsi:
.and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil (voluntary deeds)
until I love him, so I become his sense of hearing .My Protection, I will protect
him..." [Bukhari]
Like prayer optional fasting is also a way to love of Allah. The Holy Prophet (PBUH), used to
fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
To build a strong relationship with Allah, zikr-e-Allah has fundamental significance. Regular
remembrance of Allah stimulates the love for Him, which is the essence of one's life. Whoever
does zikr-e-Allah with abundance; Allah Almighty grants him/her more and more blessings.
Angles cover the zikr makers from ground to the heavens.
Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) once said to his companions, Should I tell you of something that
is the best of the deeds and is most pure and raises you stature highest before your Lord. It is
even better than spending Gold and Silver (in the way of Allah) and fighting the enemies (of
Islam) in a way that you kill them and they kill you. It is the Zikr of Allah.
People in heaven will regret for those moments which they have spent without the
remembrance of Allah. Zikr refers to all types of the remembrance of Allah, including
recitation of Quran.
We need to request Him for His help, likeness and blessings. We need to seek refuge in Allah in
everything. As Allah says:

"When My servants question thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the
prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me" (Quran 2:186)
A believer will also receive great reward in the next world due to making supplication even one
would wish that none of supplication were accepted in this world. Even it is wrong to never
make supplication and it causes His anger. Holy Prophet PBUH said: "Whosoever does not
supplicate to Allah, He will be angry with Him."
We cannot understand our religion and get nearer to Allah without following sunnah of Holy
Prophet. As Allah says in Holy Quran:

Good or bad company always affects a person very much. We should adopt the company of
pious friends who have full emotions of virtuous deeds like humility, piety, faithfulness,
kindness and fear of Allah. Make friends who frequently remind you of Allah. Conversation to
them more often, you will see a strong change in yourself. The Prophet (saws) said,
The case of the good companion and the bad companion is like that of the seller of musk and
the blower of the bellows (iron-smith). As for the seller of musk, he will either give you some of
the musk, or you will purchase some from him, or at least you will come away having
experienced its good smell. Whereas the blower of the bellows will either burn your clothing, or
at least you will come away having experienced its repugnant smell.
Fear of Allah keeps a man on straight path in his all matters otherwise he/she indulges in sins and
excesses. Muttqeen always seek Allahs pleasure by doing right deeds and avoiding the evils.
Allah says:

And fear Allah then, Allah loves the God-fearing (3.76)
Muttaqeen fulfill their commitments with Allah, with parents, with relatives and other people.
They keep their word at any cost. They have patience and control on their anger.
Allah likes those who repent over their evils with the intention of not doing that again. Someone
who asks for forgiveness for his/her sins truly, Allah will forgive them and change their sins with
virtues. Allah tells His likeness about such persons:

Truly, Allh loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify

One can never get close to Allah by being arrogant, full of pride. Those who have humility and
moral qualities are the closest to Allah. Forgiving, control on anger and spending in the way of
Allah are distinguished qualities of believers. Allah says about it:

Patience (sabr) is a comprehensive virtue in Islam that encompasses determination, forbearance,
carefulness and control. It is a great characteristic that develops Allahs love. As Allah says:

In Islam justice is a moral virtue and characteristic of true believers. Islam considers justice a
supreme virtue. It is a way to getting affection of Allah. As Allah mentions it many times in
Quran:

To trust in Allah means that you know, in your core being, that Allah will take care of you. You
believe that whatever happens or has happened is for the best. This means you completely trust
on Allah. Allah loves those who trust in Him.

One of the great favors of Allah upon us as Muslims is that if we keep clean ourselves it is
counted as an act of worship and brings us closer to Allah. He loves those who purify
themselves. Allah describes it the Quran:

There is a mosque whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety; it is more worthy of thy
standing forth (for prayer) therein. In it are men who love to be purified; and Allah loveth those
who make themselves pure. (9. 108)
These are main characteristics that create Allahs love for us and a strong relationship with Him.
But it is not the end in this regard.
