3. Weekly meeting with parents will be conducted to discuss progress and possible ways to further improve reading comprehension of
the concerned pupil.
4. The program will be done from December 2009 until February 2010
5. The program shall focus on English reading.
6. A pos test using the Phil-IRI tool shall be administered to determine progress or effect of the program.

Participated in activities:
Seven 7 pupils participated in Patrol Leader Training Course for BSP held at Bagbag
Elementry School in Bauang, La Union.
Eighteen (18) juniors Participated in GSP Patrol Leaders Training Course held at Naguilian
Elementary School, Naguilian, La Union on October 18-20, 2013.
Participated in Nationwide simultaneous earthquake drill and Fire Drill on July 9, 2013 at
exactly 9 oclock AM.
Celebrated Teachers Day last October 4, 2013 and treated ourselves at Taipan
Restaurant.
Two pupils (Christian Pastor and Leonard Suguitan III) were chosen as Basketball players .
Three pupils joint the provincial Meet last December 16- 20, 2013 held at Agoo, La Union.
PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT
Two teachers (Mrs. Rizalina F. Casaclang ang Mrs. Hazel L. Espinosa) attended the
Divisionn Seminar on Fiscal and Property Management held at Division Conference Center
on November 28-29, 2013.
Mrs. Hazel L. Espinosa Was awarded Most Outstanding Teacher during Teachers Day
Celebration on October 4, 2013.
Three teachers ( Mrs. Jacquelyn F. Pulmano, Mrs. Rizalina F. Casaclang and Mary Grace
Sabado) attended the Seminar in Beginning Reading at Aringay Central Elementary
School on October 29-31, 2013.
Three school personnel (Mrs. Melinda F. Marinas, Mrs. Rizalina F. Casaclang, and Florence
T. Blen) attended the PARLEGAL Training and Alternative Dispute Resolution Seminar last
October 21,22,23,2013 at Caba Civic Center, Caba, La Union.
Mrs. Melinda F. Marinas was Leader Trainer in the Patrol Leaders Training Course held at
Bagbag Elementary School, Bauang, La Union last August 3-5, 2013.
Seven teachers officiated during the District Meet, Zonal Meet and Provincial Meet for this
SY. 2013-2014.
All teachers including the Administrative Aide and Principal attended the GAD training
held at Naguilian Central School on December 4-7,2013.
Two Grade Three teachers attended the BASA PILIPINAS PROGRAM at Ariana Hotel,
Bauang , La Union on December 5-7, 2013.
The school conducted 30-min meeting/school based lac sessions and sharing of best
practices every Friday at 3:30 to 4:00 PM.
Teachers make use of DLL in preparation of lesson plans as designed and required by the
DepED Officials, updated class records and other reports.
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
School based Lac Sessions were conducted to revisit the learning competencies for
every after grading period.
Teachers made used of the enhanced DLL and prepared appropriate instructional
materials needed in teaching of their subject areas.
The school was able to procure Audio-Visual Aids for all grades from DZWT, Baguio City.
PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
The school was able to raised funds for a total of 78,000 for the school improvement and
purchase of Television Sets for all classrooms.
Improved the Physical Set up of the school by planting Malungay Trees and vegetable
plants around the school vacant areas.
LIBRARY SERVICES
Acquired air-condition for the library from one of the alumni of the school.
HEALTH SERVICES
Different medicines for fever, stomach aches, headaches, wounds etc. are available in the
functional school clinic.
All classrooms were advised to have clean and sanitary toilets for school childrens use.
Herbal plants were planted inside the premises of the school ready for harvest in case
needed by the pupils and the community for ailment cure.
The clinic teacher Mrs. Jacquelyn F. Pulmano regularly monitors the school health cards,
School Feeding Program and school sanitation to ensure the good health of the school
children.
The school formulated a school policy to prohibit smoking inside the school premises and
posted signage to inform the public of the school policy on no- smoking .
SPORTS DEVELOPMENT
Three pupils ( ) won and were chosen to attend the Provincial Meet at Agoo, La Union.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Transparency Board was provided to ensure that the school personnel, PTA, and
community able to see the school expenditures in all funds of the school.
The school has an accounting book ready for reference in all matters regarding school
expenses.
The school has a complete file off the liquidation of MOOE which was submitted to the
Division Office for Audit.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
Conducted information dissemination regarding the bad effect of smoking and second
hand smoke to the health of the parents and the children.
The provided the Barangay Health Worker the information needed about the nutritional
status of the school children for their planning.
