Thus, petitioner has until June 21, 2016 within
which to file a petition for review on certiorari with this
Honorable Court pursuant to Rule 45 of the Revised Rules of
Court.

However, due to heavy pressure of work on the part
of the undersigned counsel and the need to further confer with
the concerned CSC officials, the petition cannot be filed on or
before its due date.

Petitioner is exempt from payment of docket and
legal fees.
6.
There is no deliberate intent to unduly delay the
disposition of the instant case and this motion is solely filed
for the reasons aforestated.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that petitioner
CSC be GRANTED an EXTENSION of thirty (30) days from
June 21, 2016 or until July 21, 2016 within which to file its
petition for review on certiorari pursuant to Section 2, Rule 45
of the Revised Rules of Court.
