Introduction to Employment class--basic vocational skills, vocabulary, etc for students who
need an extra introduction to employment
10th Grade

11th Grade

teacher)
PAES--students who need to complete the vocational skills assessment and exploration
OJT/Volunteer/WBL--students who can benefit from further experience in these areas
Competitive Employment--students who are competitively employed and have completed
the Work Experience class can receive credit for their jobs
Process:
Referral from Case Manager to Work Experience class
PAES (WHY): Assessment and Exploration
5 days per week for one semester
Have 8 slots could move up to 10 slots (discussion)

Section One
RTC -- one session (first session)
7:40-8:20
Section Two--High School---three sessions
2nd & 3rd hour (students are gone for 2 periods)

4th & 5th hour (students are gone for 2 periods)

6/7/8th hours (students are gone for 2 periods)
