rclick ->new -> ms powerpoint presentation
open this file:
---To make new slide:
press Ctrl+M or (rclick-- new slide)
-----To play slide show:
Press F5
or slideshow tab --> from beginning

Goto insert tab -- Picture -- select any picture.
same try to add table.
Adding clipart:
Goto insert tab -- Clipart -- Organize clip -- Office collections -select any picture and drag it in your slide.
-----------------Creating a photo album:
Goto insert tab -- Photo album -- new Photo Album -- Click on
[file/disk] button -Finally press Ctrl+S to save file -- give some name and press [save] button.
------------------Press [esc] to immediate exit from slide show.
-----------------You can link another file thru hyperlink option:
Select any text/image --> Insert tab -- Hyperlink -- Select any file -- OK
when u play the slide show then only hyperlink works.
---------------How to remove hyperlink ?
Select the text -- insert tab -- hyperlink -- [remove hyperlink]
---------------Setting an action on mouse click/over:
Write some text and select it
goto Insert tab -- action -- Action on click -- select [hyperlink to ] select an
y slide -- OK Button.

Under Home tab --> Try [New Slide] . this is to select any design format.
Under Insert Tab --> Header & Footer options, word art, symbols.

Under Insert Tab --> Object -- Create From File -- Browse -- select any file
-- OK -- Enable [display as Icon] -- OK
---------------------------------How to add a movie in PPT:
Formats Supported by PPT: avi,asf,wmv,mpeg
Goto Insert Tab -- Movie -- Movie From File -- One Window apears --- Click [My Computer] -- Select C drive -- Windows -- [Clock] file -- OK
Select -- [When Clicked]
--------------------------------How to add Sound in PPT:
Formats Supported By PPT for audio file: wav,mp3,wma,midi,aiff and au.

Goto Insert Tab -- Sound -- Sound from file -- One windows Appears --- Select [My Documents] -- [My Music] -- Select Audio file -- OK

Goto Animation tab -- Disable [mouse click] and Enable [automatically after]
Do it for all slides.

Select any slide -- Goto animation Tab -- select any desired animation.
Removing Existing Animation:
Select slide -- Goto Animation Tab -- Select [No Transition]
-------------------------------You can do custom animations on any slide or on any picture or text etc.
Select any picture/text -- goto Animation Tab -- Custom animation --Add Effect
-- Select any effect.
Same place if u want to remove animation Click on [remove]
