MANIPULADORES DE CARGA

La sujecin del elemento a transportar se realiza mediante

ventosas alimentadas por un generador de vaco y un pequeo cuadro electroneumtico que gestiona el nivel
de vaco, y el sistema de seguridad.
El diseo de este tipo de manipuladores permite regular la
posicin de las ventosas con facilidad, cuando cambian las
dimensiones de las piezas a manipular.
Opcionalmente, los manipuladores se pueden alimentar con
bomba de vaco elctrica de alimentacin en red o funcionamiento autnomo mediante bateras recargables.

Manufacturing of all kinds of lifters for conveying metal

plates of large dimensions, large-sized pieces of marble,
concrete, plastic, glass,... and any kind of item with available
surface can be hold by a vacuum system.
The hold of the item to be conveyed is effected by suction
cups, wich are fed from a vacuum station and a small
electropneumatic panel which manages the level of vacuum
and the safety system.
Typical design of these lifters enables the position of the
suction cups to be adjusted easily when the dimensions of the
object are to vary.
Optionally, lifters can be connected to an electric vacuum
pump, powered by main network, or by batteries in an
autonomous system.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SAFETY SYSTEM

En caso de prdida de alimentacin, elctrica o neumtica,

el sistema de seguridad acciona una alarma luminosa y
sonora, adems de una vlvula de retencin de vaco,
que mantiene la carga suspendida gracias a un caldern
acumulador. El tiempo de seguridad depende de las
caractersticas del material a transportar.

In the event of loss of electric or pneumatic power, the safety

system trips a light and sound alarm, as well as a vacuum
check valve, which keeps the load suspended, thanks to an
accumulator tank. This time depends on the characteristics of
the material to be conveyed.
