Company Profile
Petron Corporation is the biggest oil refining and marketing company in the
Philippines. The company supplies nearly 40% of the country's demand every
year.
The company's operation revolves through an integrated crude oil refinery
and petrochemicals complex with a rated capacity of 180,000 barrels per day
located in Limay, Bataan. Their Integrated Management System (IMS)-certified
refinery develops crude oil into a broad variety of petroleum products namely:
gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), jet fuel, kerosene, industrial fuel
oil, and petrochemical feedstock benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, and propylene.
Petron's refined products are transported through barges and marine vessels
to 32 International Organization of Standardization (ISO)-certified depots and
terminals located around the country from the refinery site. The fuel oil, diesel,
and LPG are supplied to numerous amount industrial customers within their vast
distribution network. Also, they supplies jet fuel at key airports for international
and domestic carriers.
Petron current has on of the largest oil retail networks in the country. Services
are brought out by superior automotive fuels closer to motorists from nearly 1,900
service stations. Petron also has the most extensive petroleum product line in the

The company was established in 1914 and is located in Makati City,
Philippines. Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Shell
Overseas Investments B.V. Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation pursue the most
sophisticated production, importation, marketing, sale, and distribution of retail
and commercial petroleum products, lubricants, and specialty products in the
country. The company conducts a network of retail service stations that markets
petroleum fuels and lubricants to private and commercial consumers. It is also
involved in the extensive marketing of commercial fuels to companies in
diversified industries, including power, mining, wholesale, manufacturing, and
marine.
Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation markets fuel, including gasoline and
diesel; lubricants comprising engine oils; transport fuels consisting of unleaded
gasoline and diesel for on-road and off-road heavy-duty vehicles; and heavy fuel
oils, such as cracked fuel oil and straight run fuel oil for industrial heating and
manufacturing boilers. It operates Shell Select convenience stores in its gasoline
stations that offer a range of snacks, refreshments, groceries, newspapers,
magazines and hot meals. As of the 30th June of 2016, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum
Corporation had a civil network of 966 Shell Group-branded retail service stations.

Chevron is one of the largest multinational energy corporation in the
Philippines. With more than $2 billion in capital investments, the are top tier
conglomerates engaging in oil refinery in the country. They offer Caltex fuels,

lubricants and other petroleum products. Their network of service stations,


terminals and sales offices forms the backbone of our presence in the Philippines.
Chevron currently has a 40% of all the interest in Philippine Geothermal
Production Company, Inc. (PGPC). PGPC advances and produces steam energy for
the third-party-owned and -operated Tiwi and Mak-Ban geothermal power
plants located in southern Luzon. They have a combined generating capacity of
692 MW.
Chevron manages the Malampaya gas-to-power project, the first ever natural
gas progression and largest industrial enterprise in the Philippines. Chevron
provides an operational support for Chevron offices on five continents. The
workforce supplies transactional, processing and consulting services in areas
ranging from finance to information technology.
Chevron has nearly 700 Caltex service stations in the Philippines. The
company markets a range of petroleum products, namely: Caltex with Techron
