High Pressure Relief Adjustment
1. Connected a 6000 psi gauge at the test port
for the direction of travel being tested.
2 Cancel the POR by turning the POR
adjustment screw (5, Figure 9-6) all the way
in.
A CAUTION: Turing the adjusting
screw after bottoming out could cause
internal damage to the pump.
3. Run the engine at least 1/2 throttle.
CAUTION: The 7425 tracks must be
pinned before proceeding. Failure to do
80 will result in damage to the track
brakes. See Figure 9-7.
4, Flip track brake switch to ON, then activate a
foot control to take pressure reading.
VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT push oil over
the relief for more than 10 seconds to take a
pressure reading. Extreme heat is generated
that can result in damage to the pump.
POR pressure adjustment is made at the
adjustable high pressure relief cartridge for
the direction of travel being tested (1 or 2,
Figure 9-6).
Ifthe pressure reading is lower than 6000 psi,
turn the adjustment screw IN to increase
pressure setting. if the pressure is higher than
6000 psi, turn the adjustment screw OUT to
decrease pressure setting. Repeat step 4 until
the high pressure relief is set properly.
5, Repeat steps 4 & 5 for opposite direction of
travel.
6. When both high pressure reliefs are set
correctly, Re-adjust the the POR pressure.

Adjustment
NOTE: (2)600 psi & (2)6000 psi gauges are
required to adjust the pumps.
CAUTION: The track brakes must be
secure and the T425 tracks must be
pinned before proceeding. See Figure
9-7 for T425 track pinning instructions.
1. Remove the pressure gauge port plugs
labeled "X3" and "Xa" located on the top
cover of the control piston. Install a #4
hydraulic jumper hose from pressure gauge
port "Xg" to "Xa" . The pressure gauge ports
Tequire a #4 SAE O-ring fitting (See
Figure 9-8). =
