IUIU Rectors remedy for teacher shortage

To address the problem of shortage of Muslim teachers in the country, drastic measures
which focus on enrollment of students in
teacher training courses should be resorted
to.
As a remedial measure to the problem, the
Rector of Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU)
Dr. Ahmad Sengendo said it was imperative
that Muslim universities and teacher training
institutions develop strategies to ensure that
as many students as possible join teaching courses stating that this will go at great
length in addressing the problem of shortage
of Muslim teachers which is evident in the
educational sector.
We had the same problem in Uganda but
when we started IUIU the focus was on

bachelor of education and this strategy has

greatly helped in increasing the number of
Muslim teachers in the country, he said.
This is the way to go. There is no shortcut,
he added.
The initiative, he said had successfully
worked in Uganda where the shortage of
Muslim teachers is no longer a challenge.
We have even been able to export our
teachers to other countries and even if all
non-Muslim teachers decide to leave our
schools, we will still be in a position to fill up
the numbers with our own, he said.
The academician also spoke on the need for
increasing scholarship programmes which
support students taking up teacher training

Dr.Ahmad Sengendo the Rector of Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) adressing the audience during a public lecture at Jamia mosque Multipurpose Hall on Sunday.

courses saying that this will further help in

encouraging students to take up the academic subjects.
He told students not to underrate the teaching profession observing that as educators,
teachers are an important element in the society as they provide the foundation for social
development of individuals and communities.
In a well-attended public lecture at Jamia
mosque at the weekend themed, ''Towards
a value oriented students leadership development and the role of teachers,'' Dr. Sengendo stressed on the need for Muslims to
fully integrate education as this will inculcate
into learners the right concept of education in

Islam where no distinction is made between

the so-called secular and religious education.
Alluding to the Al Shabbab attacks which almost brought education to a death knell in
North Eastern region, he said it that is imperative for Muslim to work for peace as this will
foster a conducive environment for learning
and development of educational institutions.
In his advice to teachers, Dr. Sengendo
urged them to appreciate their Islamic values
and create an atmosphere where students
are eager to learn about leadership and interpersonal skills that will allow them to take
steps towards major future aspirations.

n an unprecedented ruling, the

high court in Garissa awarded
damages for 13 residents of Wajir
for torture and inhuman treatment inflicted upon them by Kenya Defence
Forces (KDF) officers.
In his ruling last month in the case
filed by the individuals and the Wajir
Paralegal Network, Justice George
Dulu concurred with the contention
of victims that their constitutional
rights were violated after they were
subjected to torture and arbitrary
treatment.
In the case filed under a constitutional petition, the Chief of the Defence
Forces and the Attorney General
were listed as respondents arose
after an incident on December 11
2011 where an attack targeting an
army truck killed an administration
police officer and left several KDF
soldiers and regular police officers
with injuries. The attack caused by
a roadside improvised explosive devices (IEDs) was blamed on Somalia
based Al Shabbab militias.
The security officers according to
court documents, made a hasty response of communal punishment by
wantonly and ruthlessly unlawfully
attacking and assaulting them without any justification.
Scores of people who included
women and children were arrested
in the operation some of whom were
picked from their homes. Those arrested were taken to Wajir Police station where 41 people were detained
while the women and children released. They were all later released
without charge.
According to court papers, military
officials led by Brigadier Wainaina
and Major Guleid apologized to the
victims but no compensation was
provided.
The arrest and the entire period of
two days the petitioners were unlawfully detained in police custody
and deprived of basic human needs
particularly food, water and medical
attention. For three days they were
compelled to report to the police staContinued To Page 2

Al Huda Foundation defends Islamic baptism certificates

Buoyed by the Sh3 million court award,
the Eldoret based Al-Huda Foundation has
maintained that issuance of Islamic baptism certificates is order maintaining that
nothing is going to stop them from issuing
the documents.
Despite criticism against the certificates
that there are not in compatible to tenets of
Islam and there is no precedence for such
documents in Islam, the chairman of the
Foundation Sheikh Abubakar Bini said the
court ruling validated their policy of issuing
the certificates.
There is nothing wrong with the certificates and we will continue issuing them,
he told the Friday Bulletin as he defended
the issuance of the document saying that
there are essential in the process of obtaining national identity documents.
The Foundation sued the Eldoret Muslim
Association after the Imam of the Eldoret

Jamia mosque criticized the issuance of

the certificates which he termed as unIslamic. The Imam stressed that the ritual
of baptism is a Christian concept which
should not be associated with Islam.
In its ruling, the court slapped the mosque
with a Sh3 million fine for defamation.
While faulting the courts decision, the
mosque maintained its stand and has
since lodged an appeal against the ruling
which it described as wrong and unreasonable.
We are eagerly waiting for the Sh3million
as it will help us in our development programmes, Sheikh Abubakar who is also
the North Rift chairman for the Council
of Imams and Preachers of Kenya (CIPK)
said as he warned that the Foundation
was ready to drag whoever is criticizing
their move to court.

As Kenya joined the global community in

observing the 16-day campaign against
gender-based violence which is aimed at
eliminating violence against women and
girls, a three-year old girl was brutally murdered in a shocking incident which gripped
residents of Mukuru kwa Reuben area of
Nairobi.
The gruesome killings of Lulu Khatib elicited anger and strong calls to bring to book
the perpetrator of the savage act against
an innocent child who left home on the
fateful morning for her madrasa lessons at
a local mosque on Wednesday November
23 and never to come back home.
Her disappearances led to frantic search
and three days later, her body which bore
signs of sexual abuse, broken limbs, dismembered ears as well as signs of strangulation was found dumped in a madrasa
toilet.
A watchman who had disappeared from
the scene shortly after her disappearance
was arrested and is already in custody assisting the police with investigations.
A report was being awaited from the government pathologist Johanssen Odour on
the cause of her death while DNA samples
of seminal fluids obtained from her body
were taken to the government chemists
for analysis. I was called by the madrasa
teacher saying that the body had been
discovered in a toilet, said a distraught
mother Halima Adan. She was an innocent child, I leave the matter to Allah and I
pray that justice prevails, she said.
After the discovery of the body, angry residents demanded the police to investigate
the matter and ensure that the culprits are
brought to book. This is the third such incident to happen in the area. If the police
had taken appropriate action in the previous incidents perhaps this killing would
not have happened, said Nuria Ali a local
resident.
The executive director of the Muslim Hu-

man Rights Forum (MHRF) Al Amin Kimathi strongly condemned the vice saying
that said that they should not be silence
over the matter The child was raped by
known people and sodomised while her
hands and neck were broken and her body
thrown into a latrine. There should not be
silence over the matter, he said.
Juneid Abbas the chairman of a committee
formed to pursue justice for baby Lulu has
urged the police to take appropriate measures to ensure that those behind the savage acts are apprehended.
The police should get to the bottom of
this incident. We cannot sit and watch as
children are sexually abused and savagely
killed, he said.

Islamic Da'wah conference

for Mombasa
An Islamic Dawah conference bringing together top Muslim scholars is planned for
Mombasa.
The two-day Mombasa Da'wah Conference will be held on December 10 and 11
at the Sheikh Zayed Children's Welfare
School in Bombolulu.
The conference to held under the theme
''Quran the complete way of life'' will bring
to light the important role of the Quran in
the day to day affairs of life as well as promoting the ideals of Islam in the society.
Among speakers at the event will be the
Saudi Arabian scholar Dr. Abdulrahman
Mansour Al-Qahtani who in the last three
years has been among the guest speakers during the annual Journey of Faith and
Sheikh Ismail Kamdar a lecturer from the
Qatar based Islamic Online University.
Other speakers include Sheikh Abu
Hamza, the
Imam Masjid Al-Huda in
Mombasa, Sheikh Rishad Rajab from
Mombasa, Sheikh Abdulghani Bashir from
Nairobi and Tanzanian preacher Sheikh
Nurdin Kishki.

Concerns over the so-called Islamic baptism certificates first came to light in 2002
after Young Muslim Association (YMA)
denounced and disowned the document
which were being issued by an organisation based in Eldoret going by the same

that they were not involved in, read part
of the petition.
The victims who were represented by Nairobi lawyer Mbugua Mureithi argued that
they were deprived of their fundamental
rights, human dignity and personal liberty
which amounted to torture and degrading
inhuman treatment.
In his defence, the Attorney General defended the actions of the officer saying that
they did what any military officials would
have done under the circumstances, he
said. The petitioners have proved that
indeed they were subjected to the torture
and inhuman treatment by Kenya Defence
Forces. In my view the complaints of the
petitioners actually fit the definition of torture under Article 1 of the United Nations
Conventions Against Torture and other
Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or
Punishment, Judge Dullu said in his ruling
delivered on November 15.
He went on to award each of the victims
Sh300, 000 as general damages for violation of their fundamental rights and freedoms while others were granted special
damages to cover the cost they incurred
for medical treatment.

The five greatest Prophet-Ulul Azm

It is understood that some prophets chosen among the messengers are called
ulul-azm due to their qualities different
than the others. Although there are different views about the number and identity
of these prophets, it is generally agreed
that ulul-azm refers to the five greatest messengers, Muhammad, Ibrahim
(Abraham), Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus),
and Nuh (Noah), peace be upon them.
All prophets cited in the Quran strived
greatly to fulfill the holy duty assigned
to them by Allah. From this perspective, no prophet should be discriminated
against because they were all sent as
leaders to humans. Prophet Muhammad
emphasized this issue in the following
hadith: I am the closest to Isa (Isa), the
son of Maryam, among all humans. Indeed prophets are half-brothers. Their
religions are the same. This should be
taken into consideration when assessing
prophecy and divine religions.
Common characteristics of ulul-azm
prophets
1-Coming from distinguished families
mentioned in Quran
In surah Al-Imran (the Family of Imran),
Allah states: Allah did choose Adam and
Nuh, the family of Ibrahim, and the family of 'Imran above all people. Offspring,
one of the other: And Allah Heareth and
Knoweth all things. Even though Prophet Musa, Prophet Isa, and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon them) were not
mentioned clearly in this verse for they
descend from Ismail and Ishaq, Ibrahims
sons and Jews, Christians, and Muslims
accepts Ibrahim as their forefather these
prophets are within scope of this verse.
2- Being sent as a Messenger
These abovementioned prophets are
both nabi (prophet) and rasul (messenger) because they were given a message for a community in the form of a
holy book. Prophet Muhammed (peace
be upon him) described Prophet Nuh as
the first messenger. A prophet who continues the book and the divine law of the
previous prophet is a nabi; a prophet who
was sent a new book and a new religion
is both a nabi and rasul. That is, there is
difference between a nabi and a rasul. A
rasul was given a divine law and when
he is conveying Allahs commands, he
is allowed to fight against the rebels and
has the power to rule, and can actually
enforce rules. However, a nabi does not
fight against the rebels to his message.
His duty is only to convey Allahs word to
people and to warn them.
3- Possessing Divine Law
One of the most significant qualities of
ulul-azm prophets is their possessing divine law as declared in this verse: The
same religion has He established for
you as that which He enjoined on Nuh,
which We have sent by inspiration to you
and that which We enjoined on Ibrahim,
Musa and Isa: Namely that you should

remain steadfast in religion and make no

divisions therein: to those who worship
other things than Allah, hard is the way
to which you call them. Allah chooses
to Himself those whom He pleases and
guides to Himself those who turn to Him
(Shuraa 42:13). In this verse is first mentioned Prophet Nuh, secondly Prophet
Muhammad, and then Prophets Ibrahim,
Musa, and Isa who are among the ululazm prophets. In fact the names of these
prophets were given together in the Sura
al-Azhab. This verse emphasizes that the
common message of all religions brought
by prophets is that they call people to be
servant of only Allah and to worship only
to Allah.
In the Quran, Allah points out this: Not
a messenger did We send before thee
without this inspiration sent by Us to him:
that there is no god but I; therefore worship and serve Me (21/25). Prophet Muhammad also emphasized the same fact:
In fact, prophets are half-brothers; their
mothers are different but their religions
are the same. Thus, their common destiny is to worship Allah who is one and
unique. All prophets invited people to believe in tawhid (oneness of Allah) to ameliorate religious disorders in their time.
4-Being given superiority in some aspects by Allah
In the following verse of Sura al-Baqara,
it is pointed out that some of the prophets were endowed above others in terms
of perfection and virtue: Those apostles
We endowed with gifts, some above others: To one of them Allah spoke; others
He raised to degrees (of honour); to
Isa the son of Maryam We gave clear
(Signs), and strengthened him with the
holy spirit (Baqara: 253).
And it is your Lord that knoweth best all
beings that are in the heavens and on
earth: We did bestow on some prophets
more (and other) gifts than on others...
(Al-Israa: 55)
Surely this difference of degree between
prophets is not material and physical but
it is in spiritual virtues and gifts. In the
Quran, it is declared that similar differences exist among people as well: See
how We have bestowed more on some
than on others; but verily the Hereafter is
more in rank and gradation and more in
excellence.
However, these descriptions are not
the only ones which made these prophets superior to others. For instance,
Prophet Muhammad had many qualities that made him superior to others.
Even though in the Quran it is stated that
believers say We do not discriminate
among any of Allahs prophets.
As indicated in the verses 253 of Sura alBaqara and the verse 55 of Sura al-Israa,
it is truly clear that Prophet Muhammad
(peace be upon him) is above all prophets in terms of virtue and degree because
he was sent as mercy to all creatures,

the last prophet, and the speaker of a unique

religion while the other prophets were sent to a
certain nation and for a certain period of time.
Also the superiority of the religion he brought
was indicated as in this verse: It is He Who
has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the
Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion:
and enough is Allah for a Witness (Fath:28).
However, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon
him) asked people not to start a race of virtue
between himself and other prophets, and he
said: do not discriminate prophets in terms of
virtue. Besides all believers accept this in principle, it is understood that accepting Prophet
Muhammads prophecy should not lead to reject the prophecy of any other prophets. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) pointed out
the fact that he was superior to other prophets
as in the following hadith: The difference between me and the prophets before me are like
this man who built that building; this man built a
building nicely, decorated it, and finished it. But
there was a missing brick in one of the corners
of the building. People began to walk around it.
They adored it but they said we wish that brick
was in place, too. That brick is me. I am the
last of prophets.
As it is clear in these hadiths, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) gathered the high
characters and qualities of all prophets in himself. As Quran is the core of all the books sent
to humanity he is the core of all prophets and
humanity.
5- Possessing Strong Will and Perseverance
In verse 35 of Sura al-Ahqaf, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is advised to persevere patiently using the expression of ulul-azm
and giving ulul-azm prophets as an example of
strong will and perseverance. This shows that
one of the common qualities of ulul-azm prophets is their perseverance. Indeed prophets who
had strong will worked very hard to spread the
word of Allah, and persevered the difficulties
and enmities they faced with.
Moreover, these prophets were sent in time periods in which communities were degenerated

Mothers: Our unsung heroes

Ab Hurayrah (raiy Allhu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allh (sall Allhu
alayhi wa sallam) said: I will be the first
person to attempt to open the gate of Jannah. All of a sudden, a woman will appear,
attempting to open it before me. I will say:
Who are you? She will reply: I am a woman
who focused on raising my orphan children
(i.e. children who lost their father). [Recorded by Imams Al-Bazzar and Abu Yala]
The muaddithn (the scholars of aadth)
explain that attempting to open it before
me means the woman will enter Jannah together with the Prophet (sall Allhu
alayhi wa sallam) or immediately after him
and this adth applies to all single mothers raising children on their own, not just
widows.
In Islamic tradition, a child is known by the
name of its father. However, in most cases,
the child becomes known by the teachings
of its mother. For, indeed, the first university that a child learns from is the lap of its
mother. Ahmad Shawqi used to say, The
mother is the university. If you prepare the
mother you have prepared an honoured
generation.
While the traditional role of the father has
been to work and earn money to feed the
family, his influence over his childrens behaviour and personality is minimal compared to that of the mother as she spends
the majority of her life rearing their children. The fathers responsibility to earn for
the family is dwarfed by the mothers multiple roles that include acting as a housekeeper, teacher, chef, chauffeur, personal
shopper, doctor, nurse, counsellor, entertainer, judge, hair stylist, seamstress and
events coordinator. Perhaps this is why the
Prophet Muammad (sall Allhu alayhi wa
sallam) informed us that Paradise is at the
feet of our mothers. Further to this, Allh
(subnahu wa tal) often singles out
mothers in a number of yt in the Qurn
for the importance of a mothers role in an
individuals life.
As difficult as the life of a mother is, she
no doubt gains a little respite with the presence of the father of the children in their
lives. Whether it is to help feed the children
at dinner time, tuck them into bed, do the
shopping, enforce some discipline or take
full charge for a few hours, one cannot discount the critical role the father plays in not
only helping to raise the children but to also
preserve his wifes sanity.
Imagine, then, the incredible struggles that
single mothers face on a day-to-day basis. Mothers may be raising their children
on their own for a number of reasons: bereavement, separation, divorce or imprisonment. Whatever the case, they are all
united by their incredible struggle against
the odds to raise their children.
As a community we are often eager to offer our aid and support to such causes as
make the news or bring visible change.
However, we often neglect to consider the
significance of assisting the mothers in our
lives and our communities. To care for and
support mothers is a worthy and advisable

Page 6

endeavour to undertake for the sake of

Allh.
A man once came to the Prophet (sall
Allhu alayhi wa sallam) and sought his
advice about taking part in battle with him.
The Prophet (sall Allhu alayhi wa sallam) asked him whether his mother was
alive. He answered that she was indeed.
The Prophet then told him. Go back home
and serve her as if heaven was under her
feet.[Ibn Majah, Nasai]
Our history has demonstrated to us that,

despite the adversities that come with sole

parenting, it is not in itself an obstacle to
raising successful children. In fact, many
of the greatest role models and most influential people in history were raised by single mothers. Many prophets, scholars and
military leaders have been raised without
a father figure in their lives to turn to for
guidance, advice and support but they are
remembered today because of the efforts
of their mothers, the unsung heroes of history. (Islam21c.com)

The five greatest Prophet

and infidelity and furor were pervasive in
those communities. Sometimes they were
not supported even by their families. For instance, Prophet Nuhs son did not believe
him. Upon inviting his nation to believe in
Allah, Prophet Nuh (peace be upon him)
was exposed to oral and verbal insults. But
despite these tortures and difficulties he
tried to fulfill his duty.
Prophet Ibrahims father did not give up
making idols which were opposite of the
faith his son was trying to spread. He did
not support his son. When Prophet Ibrahim
(peace be upon him) is described in the
Quran, it is said: And Ibrahim prayed for
his father's forgiveness only because of a
promise he had made to him.
But when it became clear to him that he
was an enemy to Allah, he dissociated
himself from him: for Ibrahim was most
tender-hearted, forbearing. So his tenderheartedness and perseverance were emphasized.
Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) was
born in period in which Pharaohs tyranny
and tortures were prevailing. He himself
was exposed to Pharaohs oppression and
tortures. He lived most of his life in Madyan, and after he returned back he fought

against Pharaoh and people of Israel who

rebelled against him. Moreover, after reminding the tortures people of Israel made
to their prophets, believers are warned not
to resemble them.
Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) was born
fatherless and only a few people believed
in him when he was alive. He struggled
with the rulers of Rome and rebellions of
Jewish religious men.
Similarly Prophet Muhammad (peace be
upon him) was born as an orphan because
he lost his father before he was born. He
lost his mother and grandfather when he
was just a child.
He was raised under protection of his uncle
Abu Talib, and he struggled with difficulties
caused by being an orphan and lonely. In
order to make Prophet Muhammad (peace
be upon him) give up his claims and beliefs
people of Quraish made appealing offers
which could make him a very rich man. But
he refused all their offers unhesitatingly.
He did not lose his perseverance and
strong will when he faced with oppressions
and tortures and he achieved his duty.
None of the prophets gave up their duty
and claim when they faced with difficulties.

Inspire value-based leadership among youth

Leaders in the country have been challenged to inspire youth leadership as

part of addressing todays global challenges. Turkish ambassador to Kenya
Deniz Eke said youth leadership is a
critical component of a society that
must be natured and instilled right at
educational institutions.
The ambassador was speaking at
the first annual Umma University students conference held at Kajiado town
on Friday. Eke noted that the world is
currently at a critical stage where the
contributions of the young population
cannot be overlooked saying the youth
have a lot to contribute in addressing
pressing global challenges. Young
leadership is very important because
the world is at a critical point and a lot
depends on youth people who form the
largest part of the population to create
better future, she said.
Ambassador Eke stressed on the need
for new forms of leadership that is inclusive and value-based where the
betterment of the human race is given
priority. We require leadership that is
focused on addressing the basic value
of human life because at the end of it
and despite our differences we all have
similar ambitions, concerns and fears,
she added. She said educational institutions are best suited to hold youth
engagements as they represent diversity where students of different backgrounds have the opportunity to create
a common understanding and developing solutions to challenges.
She further advised students at high
educational institutions to reject intolerance rhetoric, radicalization and extremism and instead interact with people of other faiths for the betterment of
human race.
On his part the Rector of Islamic University of Uganda Prof. Ahmed Sengendo
noted that the importance of guiding,
training and counselling youth for the
sake of humanity. He said youth today
face many challenges because adults
have failed as role models. Some of
the challenges they face are created
by adults therefore it is imperative for
leaders and society to set good examples for the youth by being fair, honest and just when dealing with youth,
he said.He called for youth leadership
programmes where the young in the
society are trained on leadership skills
adding that youth need the means and
support to be leaders to drive them
away from frustrations that are brought
by lacking basic needs.
The academician further urged Muslims students to have a better understanding of Islam and spread the true
message of Islam while cautioning
against superficial understanding of
Islam which he said is the biggest enemy of Islam. The biggest weakness of
Muslim community is failure to understand the basic Islam. A true Muslim

understands that tolerance is a key virtue of

Islam, he noted. He commended Umma University for holding a students forum which he
said should be replicated in other institutions.
The two day conference under the theme of
Towards value-oriented youth leadership
by Umma University in partnership with Ummah Foundation, Jamia Mosque and regional
office of the International Institute of Islamic
Thought (IIIT) attracted hundreds of students
from various universities and featured several
guest speakers.

Youth leadership conference

Ummah Foundation, Jamia Mosque Committee, International

Institute of Islamic Thought in partnership with Umma University on 25th -26th November last week, organised a Students
National Conference on Youth and Leadership that provided a
dynamic, interactive forum for values-based, purpose-driven,
and applied leadership development.
Students from various Universities and others who attended
hopefully, came out from this two-day event with the tools
to leverage campus leadership opportunities, preparation to
transition from college to career, and inspiration to change
the world. The theme of the conference was Towards valueoriented youth leadership.
The most inspiring of all the presenters was Professor Ahmad
Sengendo whose presentation was one of its kind as it gave
the detailed outlines of how the youth should walk through
the journey of the Alphabet of success to overcome the
growing challenges of the present world order globalization.
It is time we stopped telling other people's stories, and start
telling our own. Think about leadership differently by considering the concept of authentic leadership which is about using
your experiences, your shortcomings, and lessons learned to
make yourself appear human to the rest of your peers, to create more genuine relationships. Thus, you boost morale and
trust while earning far more respect than you would from trying to be a leader who is a flawless hero.
Now more than ever, the world needs leaders with the knowhow and the heart to drive transformative change and solve
problems at the level of root cause. The Conference was a
shining fresh new path, with an even greater focus on providing leadership training thats designed to help students do just
that. This is leadership that makes a difference. Young people
have been at the centre of every movement that has mattered
in our country and across the globe. Now more than ever,
our nation needs "home-grown" leadersyoung leaders who
reflect the faces, voices, and interests of their communities,
who are equipped with the skills and experience to effect lasting social change.
The conference, through hands-on leadership experiences,
inspirational speakers, impactful worship and peer discussion, the attendees were empowered to dream and plan for
immediate leadership impact in their Universities, mosques,
schools, communities and beyond! We hope that this Student
Leadership Conference is a catalyst for strengthening our existing student leaders or beginning a student leadership focus
in our youth.
We would like to thank those that were directly or indirectly
involved in the organisation of this fruitful conference and its
our hope and prayer that in future we will maximize our efforts in having such like frequent events to train and motivate
our youth. This is a sure way of investing in a future that is
very bright. We thank the Vice chancellor of Umma University; Professor Mohamed Karama and his entire team for coming up with this idea. Ummah Foundation is ready and active
to respond to such like programs that are meant to produce
well trained and motivated youth..
