Material audit report

Member of steering committee is responsible to report material status to general


manager by using material status report.
Audit material steering committee Report
After auditing the store, steering committee prepares report and sends it directly to the
general manager. The report also contains suggestions of what further action needed.
Removed materials report
The material disposal committee sends report about removed materials or materials
that should be sold to the general manager.
2.2.2. Players of the Existing System
Purchaser: Is responsible in purchasing materials which includes recording supplier
list, contact with suppliers, analyze cost benefit, select supplier, negotiate the cost and
finally order the material and send it to the requesting department.
Store Keeper: Store keepers concerned in storing and managing materials in the
warehouse. They are also responsible for the storage and retrieval of detailed material
information.
Purchase requesting employer: Request for materials to be purchased.
Supplier: Supplier directly communicate with purchaser. They supply materials for
the organization depending on the specification on the pro-forma.
General Manager: Is responsible for the overall activities of material management
system.
Maintenance requesting employer: Request material maintenance.
Maintenance provider: - Are companies they maintain machineries that cannot be
maintained by Capstone Engineering technicians

Steering committee member: - Is responsible for auditing, and disposing materials.


They are prepared by the general manager.
Material requesting employer: Sends store requisition form to store keeper to take
material from stock.

Describes what the system should do and how the system should react to particular
inputs and what output the system should produce.[7] Functional requirements
capture the intended behavior of the system. These behaviors may be expressed as
services, tasks or functions that the system is required to perform. Use cases are
