I am a student at the University of North Florida seeking a bachelors degree

in Nutrition and dietetics in the spring of 2017. I am seeking a position in the
internship program at the University of North Colorado after graduation. I found out
about this opportunity from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics website after
searching for internships in the area.
I am currently working at M Shack a local fast casual eatery where I have
learned to communicate effectively with employees and customers. I have also
acquired leadership skills from management of a small team of employees. After
completion of my nutrition & dietetics degree in the spring I will be eligible for
internships and will have a solid foundation of knowledge in nutrition and the
nutrition care process. I am eager to further my abilities and become a registered
dietician.
