A document issued by the Building
Official to an owner/applicant to
proceed with the construction,
installation, addition, alteration,
renovation, conversion, repair,
moving, demolition or other work
activity of a specific
project/building/structure or
portions thereof, upon the approval
of the accompanying principal
plans, specifications and other
pertinent documents with the duly
notarized application, which will be
found satisfactory and substantially
conforming with the National
Building Code of The Philippines
and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations.
An Electrical Permit is required for
work that involves installing,
relocating, repairing, or
maintaining any electrical wiring or
device designed for conducting,
consuming or converting electrical
current.
A mechanical permit enables you
to install new mechanical
equipment such as heating,
venting, and air conditioning
(HVAC) equipment and kitchen
hood exhaust systems. It does not
enable you to install plumbing,
sprinklers, gas lines, refrigeration,
and boiler pressure vessels; these
all require a separate permit
Plumbing permits are required by
the City to assure that plumbing
installations are performed by
licensed personnel and that the
installations are in compliance with
City and State Codes. This is
necessary to safeguard persons
and property from unsanitary and
unhealthy plumbing conditions.
Electronics permit is a set of
computer-based tools and services
that automate and streamline the
building permit process.
