YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs, ROBERT WALLACE, MICHELLE

WALLACE, TWM PROPERTIES, A TEXAS JOINT STOCK COMPANY, DARRIN C.
LAVINE, As Trustee have filed a lawsuit pursuant to both T.I.L.A. 15 U.S.C. Section 1635 and
Tx.Pen.Code, Title 7, Ch. 32 32.21(a)(1) makes it a felony to forge a written instrument with
intent to defraud; 2. Tx.Pen.Code, Title 7, Ch. 32 32.46(a)(1) makes it a felony to cause a
forged or fraudulent document to be filed or recorded. against the above-named Defendants,
involving the following described property, situated, lying and being in Denton County, Texas,
to-wit:

Lot 2, Block 3, of The Peninsula at Twin Coves Addition, Third Filing, an Addition to the Town
of Flower Mound, Denton County, according to the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet H, Slide
299, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas; as amended by Certificate of Correction of Error filed
February 24, 1993, recorded in Volume 3455, Page 399, Real Property Records, Denton County,
Texas.
ADDRESS: 1915 Seaview Drive, Flower Mound, TX 75022 (the Property)
Plaintiffs lawsuit pursuant to both T.I.L.A. 15 U.S.C. Section 1635 (see included
rescission letter dated 9/13/2016 updated 11/23/2016) and Tx.Pen.Code, Title 7, Ch. 32
32.21(a)(1) makes it a felony to forge a written instrument with intent to defraud; 2.
Tx.Pen.Code, Title 7, Ch. 32 32.46(a)(1) makes it a felony to cause a forged or fraudulent
document to be filed or recorded - based on 2 assignments recorded in the Official Records of
Denton County, TX purporting to assign beneficial interests to defendants under the mortgage.
Relief sought as to such Property is the declaration by the Court that the 2 assignments
are false and fraudulent, and, therefore, void; that the civil penalty provided by Tx.Pen.Code,
Title 7, Ch. 32 32.21(a)(1) makes it a felony to forge a written instrument with intent to
defraud; 2. Tx.Pen.Code, Title 7, Ch. 32 32.46(a)(1) makes it a felony to cause a forged or
fraudulent document to be filed or recorded, so that Plaintiff be entitled to damages as a result of
the recording of false/fraudulent assignments in the Public Record of Denton County, Texas.
