The GD series are designed to perform the most demanding garment

dyeing tasks. Most of the equipment required for dyeing come along
as standard features in this series Tolkar is proud to introduce Ultimate
Dyeing Machine called MIRACLE Series with its new invention PolyRib ECO Drum (Patented) along with Spin Dye Jet Spraying System.
High speed dyeing technology with PolyRib ECO Drum feature offers
1:2,5 1:3 liquor ratios for reactive, direct and antic dyeing methods
where pigment dyeing can be done with 1:3,5 - 1:4 liquor ratio. Garments within the drum rotates at 1 G centrifugal force where they do
not move during the processes and this enables to prevent all crease
marks, abrasion and undesired effects. Engineered spray jet composes
pressurized liquor to be penetrated into the garments. Said system provides 50 % more loading allowance along with 70 % saving from water,
chemicals, heating energy, waste water, 40 % saving from electricity
and 20 % saving from dye stuff. The result is higher quality, easier operation, more economic and competitive dyeing without any rejection
even during the long process time.
The Poly-Rib drum, as we named it, is a revolutionary drum structure
with multiple small ribs (wings) along with 4 smaller beaters. This drum
structure provides homogenous penetration of dyes onto the fabrics,
therefore increasing the effectiveness of dyeing quality. Hence it is suitable for delicates by means of less mechanical action of multiple ribs.

The ECO Drum is also our other revolution in dyeing/washing technologies as TOLKAR is proud to introduce the ECO Drum. During dyeing
& washing, wherein the passage of water is restricted with the help of
PolyRib drum structure; passed water from the drum through lessened
perforations to the tub is pumped back into the drum with a circulation pump through Spin Dye injector which is placed under the drum.
Comprised invention called ECO Drum that is used along with PolyRib.
With said method the gap volume between inner drum and tub is completely depleted and no water has kept in this area during processes
of dyeing & washing or rinsing. Mentioned gap area equals to 40-50 %
of total required water volume of conventional machines and provides
40-50 % savings from required water. By eliminating the unessential
water which normally has to be kept in the gap area, water consumption reduces dramatically and depending on saved water, all chemicals,
heating energy and waste water consumptions are reduced as same.
Reducing the water filled into drum is causing to use smaller motors
where friction forces between drum and water are eliminated by keeping the gap area empty. This further allows to load the machines more
than usual where economizes on electricity consumption.
All capacities are capable of exerting 400 G force without any vibration
with the help of Smart Balancing System (Patented). Extraction at 400
G saves about 20 % in energy spent on. Again independent of the load
distribution within the drum, stable balancing is achieved by Smart
Balancing System, thereby almost eliminating the need for restarts. All
mechanical & electronic parts of the machine are not subject to the fatigue caused by vibration. Therefore said parts serve reliably for a long
time without any failure.

TOLKAR/SMARTEX Professional chemical/dye kitchens are designed to perform the most demanding garment dyeing tasks with
its supreme features. 3 large tanks, all with stirrer, all external heating feature and bath liquor dissolving, continuous level measurement, indirect steam heating, powder/salt dissolving, hot water intake and transfer to auxiliary tanks allow achieving absolute
dyeing results during long processes with progressive dosing. External heat exchanger supported system provides homogenous
and precision ramp controlled heating and cooling in order to obtain a perfect penetration on fabrics. All tanks are equipped with
easy cleaning feature with filtering system.
Scada Control System

TOLKAR/SMARTEX CAT EYE SCADA (System Control and Data Acquisition) software package is developed specially for TOLKAR &
SMARTEX Garment Dyeing and Textile Washing machines for the professional user.
The system concept allows the user to handle dye and wash recipes on the machine as plant basis and this is the practical and cost
effective way for the professional user to collect the valuable cost calculation data so that precise cost calculation can be made per
wash basis.
The machine efficiency and the machine operator information can also be extracted for this software package, where this information can be used in order to determine the machine planning efficiency.
TOLKAR CAT EYE package serves the user in graphic and numeric environment together with a extensive database and the system
operation also guarantees the useful data back-up in safe storage media. It is also compatible with auto dosing systems and it
provides service failure data, maintenance period with integration.

Tolkar textile dyeing machines offer you unlimited alternatives of dyeing and washing effects with most economic investments. Upon request, detachable 3 ways divided drum (Y Drum) performs to provide the lowest mechanical effect on garments to obtain better penetration and dyeing together by minimizing the undesired abrasion and creases during long
processes. PLC Controlled maestro tower is able to interfere to the chemical/dye kitchen to operate it progressively such as
during water intake, dyestuff mixing, progressive dosing, tank cleaning, indirect heating and cooling, filtering etc... External
heat exchanger is also designed to clean itself before changing the colors.
Direct drive system eliminates the needs of belt pulleys from the system wherein drive system failure risks are minimized due
to tension losses of V- belts. Front cover plate, parts coming into contact with chemicals are made by 316 L stainless steel
along with chemical kitchen and heat exchanger. Sample door is synchronized with revolving door of Y drum for easy sample
collection. Sample step operated consistently with sample door, helps to reach the samples quickly. Optionally offered TOLKAR Cat Eye Scada System generates to control whole processes professionally in details by collecting the reports along with

The Miracle series are intended to achieve all washing tasks such as chemical processing, desizing, enzyme, bleach, silicone, softener, tinting along
with extracting. Due to our special drum design and structure, we are able to obtain better washing effects on garments as well as reducing the water, chemical and heating energy usage. In all processes except stoning, we do wash with 1:2 1:2,5 liquor ratios with our PolyRb ECO Drum System.

The GD-SM series Sample Dyeing Machines are designed to perform for checking the correctness and accuracy of the processes before
starting the bulk production. Even same features of Smartex Miracle bulk production machines such as PolyRib ECO Drum, Spin Dye Jet
Spraying System, and HIGH SPEED EXTRACTION come along with the machine as standard. These supreme features provide you a perfect
matching of samples and prevent loosing of time and huge losses in terms of pieces. Again with the help of Spin Dye and PolyRib ECO
Drum, all undesired crises and abrasions are eliminated even though with lowest liquor ratios of 1:2 or 1:3 in dyeing.
Our 4 kg mini sample machine has designed to start first 1 or 2 pieces of samples in order to prepare the recipe. Same recipe can be transferred into our 30 kg midi sample dyeing machine for achieving the real samples before starting bulk production.

Tolkar Sample Dyeing Machines are also designed to achieve accurate dyeing of samples in order the match with bulk production by
carrying the same recipe without any correction. PLC or Microprocessor controlled Tolkar control system includes 50 recipes, 100 steps of
each where it controls the chemical kitchen for auto dosing within each step and controls the external heat exchanger for ramp controlled
heating or cooling.
According to user necessities, machines can be modified as 3 or 5 mm inner drum, single pocket or detachable 3 Y divided drum (for models 300 liters or above), different combinations of chemical tanks, with or without sample door, electro polished inner drum surface for
delicates and seamless etc All parts coming into contact with water are made of 316 L quality stainless steel and rest of the machines is
made of 304 L quality stainless steel.
All sample dyeing machines can be offered with high speed extraction option those provide better dyeing fixation and prevent any damages during unloading or handling. Free standing structure equipped with springs and shock absorbers serves to its users without any
mechanical problems caused by vibration.

machines such as PolyRib ECO Drum, SC 400 PLC controlled system, come along with the machine as standard.
These supreme features provide you a perfect matching
of samples and prevent loosing of time and huge losses in
terms of pieces. Again with the help of PolyRib ECO Drum,
all undesired crises and abrasions are eliminated even
though with lowest liquor ratios of 1:2 in washing. Comparing to conventional sample dyeing machines, 50 %
saving from water, chemicals, heating energy and waste
water is possible

Tolkar Sample Washing Machines are also designed to achieve accurate washing of samples in order to match with
bulk production by carrying the same recipe without any correction. Microprocessor controlled system includes 50
reprogrammable recipes each with 99 steps.
According to necessities machines can be modifed with 1.5 or 5 mm inner drum for stone wash or chemical treatment.
All parts coming into contact with water are made of 304 L stainless steel along with top and side covers.
All models are available with high speed extraction option to obtain better fixation and to prevent any damages which
may happen during unloading or handling. Free standing structure with springs and shock absorbers ensures better
distribution and perfect extraction with minimized vibration levels.

4 fan system
Newly introduced 4 fan equipped dryers are designed to perform 30-35 % more efficient than conventional models where in gas heated
models drying time takes only 30 minutes. With the help of recycling system, perfect drying effects are obtained with homogenous heat
conductivity along with dramatically savings from drying energy and drying time.
Control panel
With the experience of many years, TOLKAR has developed latest version control panel for tumble dryers where both automatic and
manual control are available. Drying time, rotation direction, temperature and cooling time are controlled from the operators panel. Also
drum speed can be controlled as an option.
Coil system
Copper aluminum coils are especially designed to obtain highest efficiency in steam heated models. These serpentines are mantled both
sides of the machines where detachable and easily cleanable stainless steel filters are used to protect the coils. Removable sliding filters
prevent the dusts, lint and dirt to clog the serpentines by providing longer life with efficiency.
Motor and drive system

Drive system is located and secured at the rear side of the machine with special covers. simple gear drive system is preferred for easy
drum speed adjustment and less maintenance necessity comparing to heavy belt-pulley systems.
Lint filter
Wide lint filter mounted at the bottom side of the machine, allows high permeability of air flow which conduces better drying
performance. Removable and cleanable filter is produced by stainless steel to avoid the harms and damages caused by moisture therein.
Cool down
Cool down feature, runs at horizontal axis with automatic double curtains, prevents the wrinkles and hardening whereas quality of textile
is protected.
Steam inlet and condense system (optional)

Pneumatic steam inlet valves and condense output are delivered with the machine. As no need of complicated steam installations,
machine can be installed to main steam and condense line of your central piping easily.
Ergonomic Design
In Carina series, machines can be split into two parts in order to fit in a HC container easily. Forward tilting helps to unload the garments
from the drum without wasting time. Sliding door does not require much space to allocate during loading and unloading.

Hydro Extractors
Tolkar Textile Hydro Extractors are mainly designed to extract the bulk water of washed garments rapidly without any vibration. 328 G
of high spinning force procures all garments to be extracted properly and quickly. Separately mounted control panel is suitable for easy
usage where failure risks due to vibration possibility are eliminated. Inverter controlled motor drive stops automatically by timer to reduce
the energy consumption. Door switch safety system does not allow operating the machine unless the door is not closed securely.
