    STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA wal -OUNTY SUPERINTENDENT CONTRACT REVISION: FIFTH AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ‘The Wake County Board of Education (“Board”) and De. James G.
