STEP 2. ONCE THE GROUP HAS COME TO AN AGREEMENT, EACH STUDENT WILL
START WRITING ABOUT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEMS COLOMBIA IS FACING.
the three main economic problems facing the country are employment, health management

But do not pretend to solve them all, it is better to work in coordination, recognize when they
commit and yes, denounce them and press them when they fail. Of course this answer is not
exhaustive, but hopefully serve as initial guidance for all people who want to exercise their
citizenship effective and participatory manner. Because, basically, an activist is just a citizen
who is exercising their rights as citizens.

I AM THE NEW PRESIDENT

My name is MARTHA PATERNINA; I am a powerful person for this campaign seeks to

foster the entrepreneurial and creative spirit of people, with a view to a better future full of
opportunities and hope to advance. The objective of this campaign stands out in boosting
relationships between the world of health, education and the economy of Colombia. Three
projects stand out as follows:
1. Health Project
Defined as a unit of management priority, which aims to recruit, collect contributions,
manage resources and make payments, money transfers and the actors of the system.
Health will have a board of directors comprising the Minister of Health, Minister of Finance
and a delegate, will focus, according to the project, the achievement of health outcomes
and structured from exclusions, involving scientific societies, civil society, academia and
patients.
The project envisages that they are up to date with the system, will become managing
health; likewise, local authorities with more than one million inhabitants may be, to take
charge
of
their
regions.
Project 2.

The public service of higher education in Colombia is organized, comprehensive reform is

presented through which it seeks to consolidate the progress made in recent years and

increasing access and quality of educational opportunities to generate more and better
opportunities for all Colombians through the organization of Higher Education system, a
system of quality and a significant increase in the sources of funds for the sector. It will
also be a tool that will allow the country to advance their levels of fairness,
competitiveness and productivity.
3. Project Focuses
