Criteria C: Creating the Solution

Task C1: Plan for Manufacture


Time Plan: Gantt chart (a chart in which a series of horizontal lines shows the amount of work
done or production completed in certain periods of time in relation to the amount planned for those
periods.)

Then we transferred the data to ms access
then we made a form from all our data
then we made the relationship between each entities
Then we made queries for each entity
Finally we took screen shots of what all we did till now

We first collected the data from different cities. Them we made tables for each
entity after doing that we transferred the data to MS. Access after that we did
the relationship between each entities

Step 1: Open the database containing the table(s) you want to query in Microsoft
Access. Step 2: On the Create tab of the Access ribbon, click the Query Wizard
button. Step 3: Select Simple Query Wizard. Click OK to continue.

Activate the Create tab.
Click Form in the Forms group. Access creates a form.

Activate the Create tab.
Click the Report button in the Reports group. Access creates your report and
displays your report in Layout view. You can modify the report.
Create a table relationship by using the Relationships window

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Open.


2. In the Open dialog box, select and open the database.
3. On the Database Tools tab, in the Show/Hide group, click Relationships.

Criteria C3: Changes to the Design and Plan
During the Criteria C which is creating a dbms , There were two major changes
Firstly about the plan. It took a lot of time to make the dbms . We finished 10%
per class of my design in the. Second the dbms we took restaurent dbms to work
on Plan have changed and we had to do a lot of work to do because restaurant Originally are dbms is supposed to be in a file format but we did it in a
relationship diagram instead of the file format .

Reflection It was fun making a database management system , making a database


management system was tough but fun it took a lot of time making a database
management system , overall we learned how to make a database management
system which is also called dbms , we made this database using microsoft access
.
