It has been noticed that the increasing demand of health and safety officers here and
abroad is always attract the mind of our graduating students and other practicing
professionals that is due to the simplicity of certification, nature of the work and the
compensation the job is offering.
In the Philippines Safety officers are being compensated from 14 to 35,000php a
month, depends on their experiences and the corresponding degree they are holding. In
abroad the minimum salary of a Safety officer is 35 to 60,000php a month. In regards,
according to rule 1030 of the department of labor PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES FOR
Accreditation of Practitioners, Consultants and Organizations on Occupational Safety
And Health page 6 of 77 that Any person desiring to be employed as or practice
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the country is required to complete the
prescribed training and for Safety Officer Basic Training on OSH, 40 hours is required.
In abroad U.S and U.K standards are being set for the international accreditation of a
safety officer.
Avie training and consultancy services is providing that local and international

In view of these we are submitting this proposal of partnership to your good office in
order for us to market the training in your respective campus. In this partnership you
can earn 20% from the total gross income of each training. ATCS will provide
certifications, trainings materials and instructor.
Your Campus will shoulder the
marketing and student gathering and invoicing but will be supported by ATCS, the
facilities (Training Venue, Table and Chairs, equipments and other requirements inside
the training hall)
