Conclusion and Recommendation

Based on the data gathered, below are the conclusions drawn from the study:
1. Manual patient handling tasks are physically demanding, performed
under unfavorable conditions, and are often unpredictable in
nature.
2. Patients are facing difference challenges in works that includes a
change in size/weight of patient, level of cooperation of worker and
sudden change of condition in a working place
3. In lifting, lack of convenience handles of lifting device, even
distribution of weight of the patients and lack of equipment have
been known to become a problem during the lifting process.
4. There are significant clinical consequences of working as a
healthcare worker

Recommendations
After acquiring the results and conclusion, here are the recommendations:
Various types of interventions have been implemented in an attempt to reduce
high risk patient handling tasks. An ergonomic approach has been utilized with
supporting evidence for solutions proven to be effective and ineffective. It is
recommended to start giving attention to different kinds of stress disorders that may
affect a workers body during working hour. It is recommended to use the MAPO index in
order to determine the level index values of worker so that the problem can be identify
and a possible solutions can be make
