FINAL EXAMINATION

ENGLISH ORAL PROFICIENCY ADVANCED 1


Section: Speaking

Instructions for Teachers:


The speaking exam lasts for about 4 to 5 minutes. The student takes the test
individually. The student will have to complete two main parts. The student will
have 5 minutes to prepare for their answers and their talks.
- In part 1, The teacher will ask the student about him/herself, his/her home,
work or studies and other familiar topics.
- In part 2, The student will have to talk about the topic for one or two
minutes.

Speaking evaluation rubric


In order to evaluate students speaking skill, teachers are expected to use the
following rubric to maintain as much objectivity as possible throughout the exam.
