AIG Travel, an AIG company, is the worldwide leader in travel insurance and assistance services. AIG Travelservices customers in
over 180 countries and jurisdictions and provides a wide range of assistance services globally.
AIG Travel Asia Pacic (ATAP)is a medical and security assistance center located in Kuala Lumpur since 2008. Through its global
assistance model, ATAP provides customer support including medical advice from its in-house doctors and nurses to all AIG travel
insurance policy holders from the Asia Pacic region, which includes 13 countries in 10 languages. ATAP services include pre-trip
advisories on visa, health and general travel, as well as medical emergency assistance during travel.
