Course Overview
In this professional development unit you will learn more about and become
more comfortable using Google Forms and Flubaroo. Both of these programs are
available free online and can be valuable resources for conducting and analyzing
the results of formative assessment given in a classroom. By completing this
module you will become more comfortable creating a simple Google Form. You will
also be introduced to Flubaroo and shown how it can be obtained and its basic
operation.

Course Objectives
Instructional Goal: Participating teachers will be able to independently
construct a Google Form for a formative assessment and understand how to
grade it using the Flubaroo add-on.
- Objective 1: Students will locate Google Form icon and create a new
Google Form.
- Objective 2: Participants will create questions and properly share
Google Form once it has been completed.
- Objective 3: Participants will download and understand how use
Flubaroo to grade assessments.

Candidate Performance Requirements

1. Candidates will need access to a computer or tablet with an internet
connection to access the course.
2. Candidates will need a Google account and they will need to be logged into
that account to complete course requirements.
3. Candidates will need to complete each step as it is listed in order on the
course website. They will need to complete each assignment and
assessments in sequence as well.
