At Alila our passion is to deliver a truly unique dining experience, our executive chef and his team continue to
create Buzzs celebrated classics, while taking an increasingly progressive approach to using the freshest sustainable
produce sourced from all regions of the Indonesian archipelago.
Celebrating 15 years on May 2016, we pride ourselves in Buzz restaurant as a culinary destination one where we
source the use of the freshest local produce and in turn supporting our local farmers.
All our farmers go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our produce is carefully nurtured. As they are the
strength behind our philosophy of our paddock to the plate concept here in Buzz Restaurant.
Our staff whose sole aim is to create for you a perfect experience, which we hope, you will enjoy.
