CAUTION: This README file is not a Method of Procedure.

For example, the


commands needed to place a Disco port in the required state prior
to running a port configuration script are beyond the scope of this
document. Please refer to the appropriate deployment guide or
Customer Acceptance procedure for the steps involved in executing
the scripts in this delivery.
Accompanying this README file are compressed archive of the configuration
files recently generated for your BSC. To retrieve the scripts, please copy
the archive file to the desired location on the BSM.

Scope of Work:

Scripts to perform the following activities in San Antonio1_1

Sprint:
- Add ISTL/33 and perform ISTL rebalance for CPDS2 Node 1669

The "-aU" options in UNIX preserve CR/LF characters and case in
file names

Important Note:
--------------A temporary service degradation will occur during the script implementation due
to ISTL
rebalancing. Full service will recover few minutes after running and activating
all changes
caused by scripts.
Delivery Files:

I) SAN_ANT1_1 Passport Scripts:
PP 367 (HUB):

PP1 1638 (CPDS1):
2.1 PP1669_Ports_Delete.pas
2.2 PP1669_Ports.pas
2.3 PP1669_ISTL.pas

Please run these files in node 1638

Please notice that the suggested order is provided by the CACP tool. NI should
follow the corresponding MOPs or IMs of the activity to perform.
Here are instructions on how to run the various types of script files.
1. To run a CLI script file, use the following commands on the BSM as bsmbin.
cliapp
script -ec <script name>
2. To run a BSMCI script file, see NTP CDMA Configuration Management Guide
411-2133-310 chapter "BSMCI tool". Use the following commands on the BSM as
bsmbin. bsmci -b <filename>
If you encounter an error, you can continue execution from the errored line.
bsmci -b [-c] [-l <line number>] <filename>
If you can not fix the error, send me the log file.
3. To run a Passport script file, see NTP ATM BSC/eBSC Administration
NN-20000-157 procedure "Using Turboif.exp and ebscDataAudit in a CBRS system"

4. To commit a CACP session file, execute NTP NN-20000-125 CDMA CACP Operational
Administration procedures:
Importing a session
Connecting to the BSSM
Validating data
Committing data
5. To run a 1xEV-DO script file, execute NTP 411-2133-929 CDMA2000 1xEV-DO
Script Tool User Guide Procedure "Install the scripts on network elements".
This concludes the summary of the delivered files. Please make sure to review
scripts prior to the handoff meeting. If there are questions of a non-procedura
