Presidential Republican Candidate, Donald Trump, banning Muslims

from entering America and does it represent an attack on their human

right?....
Script:
Good morning/afternoon wherever you are at the moment, today I, Mirna, will
explaining about the republican candidate for president, Donald Trump,
suggesting that he will ban Muslims from entering America, and does this
represent an attack on their human right?.....
Well it definitely is a hard question to speak about as its a very broad question.
My original thought about the Republican candidate for president, Donald
Trump,is that I dont understand why he is not in jail after the accusations and
sexual assaults he has done to many women, and the main reason is the fact
that he wants to ban all Muslims from entering the borders of America. Although,
from my perspective I follow to one of the human declaration rights states to live
of free harm, which will be explained further later on the podcast.

As I observe what other people think about this topic including the man himself,
Donald Trump, thinks about his direct actions on the statement he said,
according to CNN politics he explained to NBCs Chuck Todd on Meet the Press
stating from his words, "I actually don't think it's a rollback. In fact, you
could say it's an expansion," "I'm looking now at territory. People were
so upset when I used the word Muslim. Oh, you can't use the word
Muslim. Remember this. And I'm OK with that, because I'm talking
territory instead of Muslim."
Other people have also stated, according to 75-year-old Charlie Marzka of
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina about Donald Trumps actions as, "I think that
we should definitely disallow any Muslims from coming in. Any of them. The
reason is simple: we can't identify what their attitude is,"

Some relevant data that addresses and links with my question include;
Although, there have been different sides of Donald Trumps Actions, according
to Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll released on Monday and found that 49% of
registered voters oppose a temporary Muslim ban, suggesting that the proposal
could be an obstacle in the general election. Approximately 34% of voters
supported the proposed ban of banning muslims. A number of top Republican
leaders, including House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch
McConnell, denounced the proposal.
According to the

Middle

writers, analysts and officials across the

East criticising on republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump

after his announcement for all Muslims to be banned from entering the U.S
states,

Hes already a buffoon in a way, so I dont think people are taking him
seriously, said Wael Eskandar, an Egyptian writer and activist in Cairo. It will
only energize the conspiracy theory that everyone is out to get the Muslim world.
Its not healthy.

According to an insight via vice.com, unfortunately, even Trump's

own supporting party (on his side) doesn't seem too sure to know
what to do with a unproven nominee who thinks "banning
Muslims" is an effective national security strategy.
Not only that, J.K. Rowling, famously well-known of writing the
Harry Potter series, is definitely another person that is against
Trump, tweeted on the 8th of December, 2015 stating, How
horrible. Voldemort was nowhere near as bad. Oooh that
comeback though
Hilary Clinton, a huge threat and opponent of Donald Trump
stated in a speech in her own words ahah, Trump as usual, is

obsessed with name-calling, and from my perspective, it matters what we do,

not just what we say. I have clearly said that we faced terrorist enemies who use
a perverted version of Islam to justify slaughtering innocent people. We have to
stop them, and we will.
So if Donald suggests I wont call this threat what it is, he hasnt been listening.
But I will not demonize and declare war on an entire religion. And

Now according to Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it has addressed in

Article 1:
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are
endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a
spirit of brotherhood.

In Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration,
without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion,
political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political,
jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person
belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other
limitation of sovereignty.

Article 7.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to
equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any
discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement
to such discrimination.

All these articles stated by the government, clearly portrays the opposite
meaning of banning Muslims as they do not have the right to live their own
ways, are constantly put under control by Donald Trump. Within article two and
seven it states, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex,
language, religion, as well as in article seven All are equal before the law and

are entitled without any discrimination, although all muslims are

continuously discriminated for their race, sex, colour of their skin. Society
makes us think that dark coloured skin, different race/background means
that you're a criminal or cause trouble to the world, when in fact it is
ridiculous, worrying about little things when there other more serious
situations to worry about.

News articles/organisations such as theguardian.com, have reported that Trump

created his most extreme vow and promise/commitment yet in a origin in which
he has consistently pushed the boat out, meaning he has exaggerated on issues
of race and immigration in a statement released to the media through his
presidential campaign team.
Donald Trump stated, there was a large feeling of hatred against/towards
Muslims around the globe towards Americans that it was very important to rebuff
them en masse, until the problem was better understood.

Donalds Trump War of words:

He suggested in his own words via tweets about the escape of the biggest
Mexican Drug Lord on July 2015;
-- "Mexico's totally corrupt government looks horrible with El Chapo's escape
totally corrupt. U.S. paid them $3 billion,"
-- "I love the Mexican people, but Mexico is not our friend. They're killing us at
the border and they're killing us on jobs and trade. FIGHT!" Trump tweeted. June
2015.
-Trump tweeted on June of 2015:
-- "The leader and negotiators representing Mexico are far smarter and
more cunning than the leader and negotiators representing the U.S.!"
-March of 2016:
-- Pea Nieto called Trump's rhetoric "strident" in an interview with
Mexican paper Excelsior and said: "That's how Mussolini got in. That's
how Hitler got in."

Trump stated of June 2016:

-- "That could be a Mexican plane up there -- they're getting ready to
attack," Trump frighteningly said to the audience said as a plane flew
overhead during a town hall in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The Wall
During June of 2015, Donald Trump stated during an announcement speech
about the physical wall he wants to build, "I would build a great wall -- and
nobody builds walls better than me, believe me -- and I'll build them
very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern
border. And I will have Mexico pay for that wall," To be honest with you, I
was laughing when I read this as I was researching it.
-- "And I don't mind having a big, beautiful door in that wall so that people can
come into this country legally. But we need, Jeb, to build a wall. We need to keep
illegals out," Trump told opponent Jeb Bush in the first Republican debate. August
2015.
The government also had a say in this and was released during July of
2016 after Trumps statement on banning all MuslimsAlthough, the Mexican government, Pea Nieto, was definitely against Donalds
Trump's vows/statement, telling CNN during July of 2016.
-- "There is no way that Mexico can pay [for] a wall like that,"
-- "I'm not going to pay for that f***ing wall. He should pay for it," former
Mexican President Vicente Fox told Fusion's Jorge Ramos. February 2016.

Have there been any studies on this particular topic?

There have in fact been relevant organisations written relating to the

topic of
Donald Trumps wife actions..... including
News.com.au released an article stating about DONALD Trumps
organisation/camp has attempted to tame down the surprising announcements
about his wife plagiarising major secions of her speech by offering up the

speechwriter to take the fall/blame most people dont believe shes actually a
real human being.
Meredith McIver, staff writer of Donald Trumps organisation, released a
statement on Wednesday that took all the blame for writing Melania Trumps
speech, which created a huge hole as it had very obvious/clear noticeable
similarities of the speech once delivered by Michelle Obama during the year of
2008, almost 8 years ago.
Within the statement Ms McIver stated herself as an in-house staff writer position
within the Trump organisation, that was once an assistant to Donald himself,
including a very longtime friend and admirer of the family.
Although, the theory progressed quite fast and developed around Ms McIver, with
some media organisations clearly viewing she does not have a verified Twitter
account or a LinkedIn profile.
Due to this as well, no one had the ability to track her down for an interview,
therefore there were only small details about her availability.
The partial doubts are caused by Mr Trumps confession earlier this year that he
had used false names during the past for business deals for e.g. buying land.

The lack of content has O U T S P R E A D debate over whether Ms McIver is a

Trump construct, even though the New York Times did a public check her in an
article about how the speech came about.

Insight:
After all the observation, researching and collecting, the research has
made me think,
that all of Donald Trumps actions are very pointless and ridiculous as creating a
wall in the middle of Mexico is not worth the money and effort into building it as
its highly racist
Does the research support the observations in Part 1?
The research does
Does any of the information disagree?
What should people take away from this research?
From this research, people should not build a wall, be prejudice because they do
not like someone's skin colour, race their originated from and shouldnt be
judged as this monster straight away (prejudice).

Propose:
What do you think needs to happen now that you have conducted this
investigation?

I think what needs to happen now is to hope for the best that the wall does not
end being built due to money/price conditions as its very expensive to pay all at
once, as well as not banning muslims, as all muslims are not criminals and are
seen as the bad guys when they are humans just like everyone else. People
choose wrong decisions and make the wrong decisions.
Why do you think this needs to happen? What makes you propose this
solution?
I think what needs to happen is to make a stop/end to this although at this point
no one can do anything about it, as they say, what is done is done because soon
before you know it he has supporters which lead him to being president of United
States, who knows it could happen....?
Does anyone agree with your solution? You could refer to them as a
supporting source.
Yes, Vera does (put her audio part) along with this chat we have.

Thus, this concludes that Donald Trump represents an attack on their human
rights as he is breaking the universal declaration of human rights on not only
each individual muslim, but the whole of the Islamic culture.
