Referee Statement

Applicants for employment as a teacher in a Queensland state school are required to include two (2) Referee
Statements in their Professional Folio. This statement must be completed by professional referees who are
able to comment on the applicants demonstration of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.

students feel they may take risks and make mistakes.
Meegan provides specific feedback to students on their
progress and regularly refers to student goals and
incorporates WALT, WILF and TIBs in her lessons.

Meegan seeks feedback on her teaching through Senior Teacher and Principal
feedback. She is eager to participate in professional dialogue and contributes

the School Improvement Plan. Meegan is an asset to any staff and is to be
commended on her enthusiasm and professional approach.
