Please allow me to express my gratitude to the many faithful people that dedicated their time to serving the community at
the Da de los Muertos/All Saints festival last Sunday. We must all be grateful to God for blessing us abundantly with the
gift of service. Our community thanks especially the Diocesan Knights on Bikes, The El Paso Lowrider Association Car
Club, Alliance Lowrider Car Club, Classic Car Club, and Mayapan. As a great spiritual director in seminary would tell us
"Disciples should never expect to be thanked for pleasing our Lord Jesus Christ with our service but we should always
be thankful to others when we are blessed by their service towards us." May those of us who worked for this great cause
and served others, experience the true joy of selflessness. The funds raised from this event will help our school and religious formation program. A final financial report on the event will be given to you as soon as possible. With a grateful

Permtame expresar mi gratitud a las muchas personas fieles que dedicaron su tiempo a servir a la comunidad en el
festival Da de los Muertos / Todos los Santos el pasado domingo. Todos debemos ser agradecidos a Dios por bendecirnos abundantemente con el don del servicio. Nuestra comunidad agradece especialmente a los Caballeros Diocesanos Knights on Bikes, a la Asociacin de El Paso Lowrider Car Club, al Car Club Alianza Lowrider, al Club de Coche
Clsicos y a Mayapan. Como un gran director espiritual en el seminario nos dira: "Los discpulos nunca deben esperar
ser agradecidos por agradar a nuestro Seor Jesucristo con nuestro servicio, pero siempre debemos ser agradecidos a
otros cuando somos bendecidos por su servicio hacia nosotros". Que aquellos de nosotros que trabajamos para esta
gran causa y sirviramos a otros, experimentemos la verdadera alegra del desinters. Los fondos recaudados de este
evento ayudarn a nuestro programa de formacin escolar y religiosa. Un informe financiero final sobre el evento se le

Religious Formation / Formacin Religiosa:

Sunday, November 13th during their confirmation class time. This drive will help feed
the poor in our community, and support the
St. Vincent de Paul Ministry, as we approach
the Thanksgiving holidays. We are asking
parishioners who live two or three blocks
from the church to open their doors, and
support our confirmation candidates.
Los candidatos de Confirmacin II sern el anfitrin
de una colecta de alimentos de puerta a puerta, el domingo 13 de noviembre durante el horario regular de
clases de confirmacin. Esta colecta es para ayudar a
alimentar a los pobres en nuestra comunidad, y ayudar el ministerio de San Vicente de Paul, especialmente a medida que nos acercamos al da festivo del Da
de Gracias. Estamos pidiendo a los feligreses que viven dos o tres cuadras de las iglesia, que abran sus
puertas, y apoyan a nuestros candidatos de Confirmacin.
The El Paso Southwest Youth Conference is
rapidly approaching. It is scheduled for November 18, 19 and 20. All Confirmation students are required to attend! Details for the
conference (where to meet, drop off and pick
up times) will be discussed at the meeting on
Sunday, November 6th
El Paso Southwest Youth Conference (que viene
siendo la Conferencia del Suroeste de la Juventud) se
acerca rpidamente. Est prevista para el 18, 19, y 20
de noviembre. Es mandatorio que todos los estudiantes de Confirmacin vayan a esta conferencia. Los
detalles sern presentados el domingo 6 de noviembre
en la junta de padres.
There will be no Religious Formation classes
on Saturday, November 19th or Sunday November 20th due to the Youth conference.
No habr clases de formacin religiosa el 19 o 20 de
noviembre por la conferencia de los jvenes.
There will also be no religious education
classes November 26 and 27 due to the
Thanksgiving Holidays. Classes will resume
on December 3rd.
