and at the end of treatment 500/- to 700/is charged per unit is paid to college
Actual for procuring the attachment and
charges incurred for fabrication of
prosthesis are paid to the lab. At the time of
insertion of prosthesis / treatment charges
as per the difficulty of the case are charged
from the patient (charges from 1000/- to
1500/-) is paid to college
Acrylic work done free of cost; for definitive
prosthesis lab and actual charges are paid
to the lab (amount of 500/-to 1000/- is paid
to college
Lab charges for soft liners will be paid to
the lab and and amount of 1200/- towards
the complete denture to the college
Amount of 600/- towards the single
complete denture to the college
Lab charges for copings are paid to the lab
and amount of 1200/- towards the complete
denture to the college
Lab charges for attachments and
processing are paid to the lab and amount
of 1200/- towards the complete denture to
the college
Lab charges for the cast post are paid to
the lab and amount of 1200/- towards the
complete denture to the college

Total treatment charges are informed to the patient

(lab+college)
Entry of the total charges to be paid is done in the case sheet
countersigned by the evaluating faculty member
Split up of the treatment charges (college + lab) is also entered
in the case sheet.

The lab amount collected will be given to the concerned lab,

the bill obtained for the lab amount is given to the patient.
Entry of the lab bill no. is done in the case sheet and in the
department record.
Entry of the remaining treatment amount to be paid to the
college along with the bill no. is entered in the department
record.
