To Whom It May Concern:

It is both and honor and a pleasure to write on behalf of DePaul University graduate Ms.
Alyssa Fralich. I came to know Ms. Fralich in my capacity as her professor in the
graduate teacher preparation program at DePaul University. Although she was a preservice teacher, I often felt she had the skills, insights, and expertise to teach the course.
As a student, I found Ms. Fralich to be highly motivated, responsible, respectful, and a
genuine collaborator with her peers and during field experiences with her cooperating
teachers. Her preparation and planning were consistently outstanding. Her analysis and
contributions to instruction brought a depth of insight and understanding that motivated
new learning. As an individual, I have found Ms. Fralich to be a woman of great
character, integrity, compassion, and empathy. She is also a visionary who is goal
directed and ambitious.
Having been a secondary classroom teacher, a principal and educator for over 30 years, I
can say with complete confidence that Alyssa Fralich is bar far one of the most
intelligent, insightful, dedicated and effective educators I have ever encountered. In
particular, her knowledge of education, science, and her ability to integrate engaging
instruction are remarkable. I give Alyssa Fralich my highest recommendation. Your
school and science program will be enhanced by her professionalism, expertise in
research, well developed content knowledge, and her engaging manner of instruction. If
you require further information, please feel free to contact me at any time at
